Don’t ever buy a car from here. Literally the worst customer service ever. The salesman that sold us the car ended up quitting so when we went in... to check in on paperwork, we were told that our names weren’t in the system. Sketch! We traded our car in and they still have yet to pay off the loan amount, so now we have an upcoming new car payment and a late old car payment. We’re told that they had “bank” issues. I’ve left multiple messages with multiple departments and each and every one of them say they’ll give me a call back. Never have gotten a call back. In addition to that, they sold us a car with a broken wheel bearing and failed to even disclose it. We only found out after we did some service maintenance on it and were told that we were sold a car with a broken wheel bearing right off the lot. I called to let them know and all they offered was the service history documents and 2 free oil changes. We live quite far away and my boyfriend can change his own oil so that was of no value to us. They said they would get back to me as I had asked for either a reimbursement or at least a partial service credit and nothing. Silence, crickets. The only spiel they gave was “ oh we make sure all our cars are inspected and if they don’t pass they don’t even get put on the lot “ If that was the case then why weren’t we told of the broken wheel bearing? xxxxing worst. If I could put 0 stars I would.
Bought a new 2018 Nissan Titan from Fenton Nissan of Tiffany Springs MO. an out of state purchase. I traded my old vehicle in 1 Aug 2018. As of today... 31 Aug 2018 my trade-in has not been paid. I am losing money with the interest accruing and had to make a payment on the truck they had for 31 days. When I called they stated they were waiting for new checks, sorry I can get checks from my bank in as little as 5 days. I guess a 10 day payoff is just a joke to them. Also, have not received the paperwork for the registration and asked for that on the 21st. Again when I called they stated they sent it out on the 27th, six days later then when I asked for it. Terrible that I am paying for the their issues. Now I am out an extra car payment that I should not have made and paying interest daily on a vehicle that should have been paid off no later than the 10th of Aug. When I called on the 27th to inform them they were costing me money they sated they would get back with me, have not received a call yet. Be aware they will be good to you until you drive the vehicle off the lot, then all bets are off.
I love how everyone was very helpful in my new purchase. I love this dealership so much. I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and... family!!!!!!

I went to buy the 2010 Cadillac SRX that they are advertising for sale. I would like to warn whomever looks at this vehicle needs to pay close attention!!... First I was first one to look at it, I had a appointment for 1 pm. I was called and told that the vehicle was being detailed at 11:45 am. I told them I can push back me looking at vehicle and they told me it would be done. I arrived and they had barely even touched this vehicle, I was willing to overlook the dirtiness. Then I noticed there was residue from what appeared to be a tape mark over the two door on passenger side. When I addressed this with the salesman he acknowledged what it appeared to be but stated he did not know why it was there. I test drove this vehicle and liked it, so decided to buy it. I was told that the process of buying would be fairly quick. That was a joke when I ended up sitting there for almost 2 hours and still had not signed any paperwork. When I kept asking about what was taking so long, the response was "they are looking for the best rate". After being at this dealership for 3 hours and still not in the business office to sign paperwork, I left. I was called 30 minutes later asking where did I go. I explained to them that my time is just as precious and I had promises to keep to my son to do that evening. The manager convinced me to return the next day and finish out the paperwork with more broken promises. I arrived the next day and it was finally detailed, however now we noticed the front hood is not aligned properly! The driver side of hood has a gap and the passenger side does not! This indicating that something did happen to this car and it is not reported on the Carfax! Manager states it is due to opening and shutting the hood so many times throughout the years. That is funny since I asked about a 8100 mile gap in the Carfax report and he said that they probably didn't change the oil for 8000 miles. SO if the owner did not change the oil regularly then how or WHY would the hood be used so many times to make the alignment be off on the hood????!! I say whoever is looking to buy this vehicle needs to have it professionally looked over by a body shop specialist to see what happened to this vehicle!!! TO TOP it all OFF I HAVE CREDIT KARMA AND THEY ALERTED ME THAT MY CREDIT DROPPED POINTS BECAUSE THIS SO CALLED GREAT DEALERSHIP THAT LOOKS AFTER THE CUSTOMER RAN MY CREDIT 5 TIMES!!!!! That is a ridiculous amount especially for someone that has over a 700 CREDIT SCORE!!!! GOOD LUCK with that vehicle and this dealership!
My car dealer was Robert Strong. He was very awesome very professional and very thorough. I had a Great experience. I LOVE my Nissan Versa.
Took my Rogue in for a burned out headlight. Was told it needed a bulb and ballast and it would cost $1,023.00! Got a second opinion and bought a bulb... for $109.00, including taxes and had it installed for $20.00. It now works fine.
The car salesman that I worked with was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I met him. His name was Robert Strong and I would... recommend him to anyone that goes to this dealership to look at cars. Robert proved to be a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. I did purchase a car from Fenton Nissan. All the staff I met and worked with, through the process of purchasing my car, made me feel like I truly was a member of the Fenton family.

The oil change was quick. Got good feedback from multi-point inspection including things that soon need to be addressed. Free car wash is a nice bonus.
