    The opposite of any other car buying experience I have ever had, no haggling, they were helpful and I paid invoice without having to negotiate. Made the process very pleasant. If your are thinking abut a new car, try out their internet department and send them an email for what you are looking for, you won't regret it.

    Subaru notified us of a recall on our 2007 Subaru Outback to replace the passenger side airbag. This was accomplished but a small crack developed as a result in the passenger side dash cover. Lance Stewart was quick to review the problem and arrange the necessary replacement. Friendly professional service was provide by all of the staff in the service department. Great job!

    Multiple sales people were available right as we walked in the door but we were never overwhelmed. South Towne was full of a variety of vehicles to choose from but Zach knew exactly what we were asking about and took us right to our new car.

    When my husband and I were looking for a new car to replace our 2002 Honda we decided to check out a Subaru along with other cars. When we went into the dealership we were met by no pressure by salesmen. We met Kevin Edwards, who didn't pressure us about buying a car. He made several cars available for us to test drive, after finding out what our preferences were. We took our time and several days looking at other cars, but because of the no pressure from Subaru, the employee (Kevin) and the availability of the exact car we were looking for; we decided to buy from Mark Miller. Couldn't have asked for a better dealership. Since purchasing the car, we have had one service call and it was fast, efficient and courteous. There was a small slipup then and they immediately made it right. Couldn't ask for a better dealership.

    I've gotten two Subaru's here but I can no longer be a customer at Mark Miller Subaru. We recently were in an accident due to a recall that was not sent to owners. When working with the maintenance director here, he threw up his hands and said, "what do you want me to do?" He let us know that he does not care that more people will be hurt and that sitting in his office "is all he can do" I can't in good conscience recommend this dealer and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. I will be advocating against them at every turn.

    My wife and I found a car we were interested in at this dealership, we went to look and it and got to work with Kevin. Hey was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning. He held the car for us for a few days so we could make a decision and got the price lowered, even though he wasn't allowed to. If you go to mark Miller I would definitely recommend working with Kevin, he was awesome!

    They didn't tell me I couldn't take the car the same day I bought it. They knew I was going to be coming from Logan. He didn't really let me ask questions and he addressed my ex husband, and not me. Then they said it would take 7-10 days from when they got car until they get the title etc for it. Well apparently the payments weren't made so they have to wait even longer. I bought the car with cash last Saturday and I won't be able to get it until at least the 14th, but I'm sure it will be even longer. They are not honest or transparent like they claim they are. Don't even bother asking to come down in price. They just want the money and don't care about any questions or concerns you have. Or if you even get the car you just bought. They have the win win. They got my money and kept the car. At least they said they will drive it up to me from Sandy to Logan when it's finally ready. If that day every comes. I don't trust them now. I bought my car that I have before this one for 15 years and I bought it in Idaho. Things are very different now. Much better experience somewhere else long ago. I won't buy or be going back to them again.
