Mario helped me with getting all the information I needed leading up to getting to the lot to check out the car, the process for test driving was easy and seamless! When it came down to the paper work it went so smooth and easy, the cars on the lot are presented very beautifully. Thank you very much for the car and smooth process!!

None of the staff talk to each other or bother to read

None of the staff talk to each other or bother to read the notes in your file. There were no lights or indicators on when I test drove but I specifically asked "what is wrong with this vehicle and was told "nothing". Check engine light came on 30 minutes after leaving and NOW they say it needs an O2 sensor, the service department will reach out. They never have and don't answer the phone. Jasmine, the misinformation, and overall experience have been the worst.

If we owe form is issued we are obligated to look into your issue within 30 days or as soon as service department is available. We carry over 800 vehicles on the ground and things do happen from time to time and we apologize for your experience.
