First dealership that we’ve encountered where we didn’t

First dealership that we’ve encountered where we didn’t feel pressured into buying. Worked with José majority on not one, but two, absolutely gorgeous GMC’s within a 72 hour period! Royal made that happen! These are uncertain times, and buying in a tumultuous economy can be unnerving, but Royal helped with the process and offered sound advice as if they were helping a family member. Thanks to Joe, José and Roger for their time. My guys are loving their new trucks! 🛻🛻

Royal has no pressure, listens to the customer, and was

Royal has no pressure, listens to the customer, and was extremely helpful in our out of state purchase. The dozen roses at the close of the deal was icing on the cake. While I have not needed the lifetime warranty, my son's experience with Royal tells me I can count on them down the road if something goes wrong.

Car was not detailed, also did not have a full tank of

Car was not detailed, also did not have a full tank of gas, and oil life was at 48%. I may be a GM retiree and will always purchase a GM car but were I make my next purchase will depend on the condition that I receive my car.
