i traded a car for a truck and paid the difference by check with no problems. I never received my title and called the owner who said they were having... trouble with the California title with the wildfires and the dealership burned. He issued me paper plates for 60 more days. When I called 2 months later with no title a man said the owner died and he inherited a mess and issued me 60 more days. The next time I called they never answered and I left several messages and emails without a response. I went by their location and it was locked up without any inventory. I have since learned the lost their dealer license 12/31/17. I had to go to a lot of trouble to get a bonded title at considerable expense and plan to file a claim on their surety bond holder.

    One Star for Now
    March 14, 2017

Well, I am a teacher who works with children with autism. I am compassionate and trusting to a fault. My mother passed away this last Thursday and her... final wish was to provide a car for my sister who has been struggling to make it since her car died. I did not have a lot of time to do this because in addition to working with children with special needs, I also have three children with Fragile X Syndrome of my own. Not to mention we are still grieving from the loss of my mom. I found a 2010 Ford Focus from EZ GO Auto Sales for a descent price. The owner even worked with us to get the price to a place we could afford. He had listed the car in EXCELLENT condition and I trusted him. He seemed like a nice guy who really wanted to help people. I went up there yesterday morning and gave the car a test drive. I heard a rattle in the dash, but didn't think anything about it. I just thought the dash needed to be adjusted. We purchased the car and went on our way. The experience was very pleasant. My sister went to work. Later that day she took it to a friend of hers to see if he could adjust the dash. He told her it was likely a motor mount and not just an easy fix. The man who listed this car has been working with cars for a long, long time. I find it hard to believe he didn't know there was something wrong with this car. I contacted EZ GO Auto Sales and they have refused to let us swap cars. The owner did agree to split the cost of repairs. However, this was a car listed in excellent condition, so this should not be needed. He has directed me to take the car to Affordable Tire of Pioneer Parkway to get any work done. I don't know if this man is in business with EZ GO Auto Sales. We will see! I will update my review after everything is finished. We will see just how it all works out.
