Well, I am a teacher who works with children with autism. I am compassionate and trusting to a fault. My mother passed away this last Thursday and her final wish was to provide a car for my sister who has been struggling to make it since her car died. I did not have a lot of time to do this because in addition to working with children with special needs, I also have three children with Fragile X Syndrome of my own. Not to mention we are still grieving from the loss of my mom. I found a 2010 Ford Focus from EZ GO Auto Sales for a descent price. The owner even worked with us to get the price to a place we could afford. He had listed the car in EXCELLENT condition and I trusted him. He seemed like a nice guy who really wanted to help people. I went up there yesterday morning and gave the car a test drive. I heard a rattle in the dash, but didn't think anything about it. I just thought the dash needed to be adjusted. We purchased the car and went on our way. The experience was very pleasant. My sister went to work. Later that day she took it to a friend of hers to see if he could adjust the dash. He told her it was likely a motor mount and not just an easy fix. The man who listed this car has been working with cars for a long, long time. I find it hard to believe he didn't know there was something wrong with this car. I contacted EZ GO Auto Sales and they have refused to let us swap cars. The owner did agree to split the cost of repairs. However, this was a car listed in excellent condition, so this should not be needed. He has directed me to take the car to Affordable Tire of Pioneer Parkway to get any work done. I don't know if this man is in business with EZ GO Auto Sales. We will see! I will update my review after everything is finished. We will see just how it all works out.

Well, I am a teacher in Arlington who works with children who have autism. I also have three children of my own who have fragileX syndrome. I do not know cars at all and I am trusting to a fault. My mother passed away this week and her dying wish was to provide a car for my sister whose car had died. I din not have a lot of time to do this. I found a car at EZ Go Auto sales and checked them out online. It seemed like a descent place with a man who truly wanted to help people. I took a 2010 Ford Focus a ride and there was a rattle, but I din't think anything about it. I figured it was just the dash needing to be adjusted. We bought the car that he listed as in excellent condition and fulfilled my mom's wish. We are still grieving from the loss of our mom and a bit distracted, so it is my fault for not doing my due diligence. He has been working with cars for many, many, years. I trusted him. My sister took the car to her mechanic friend to see if he could adjust the dash and stop the rattle. He informed her it was not a simple fix, but rather problems with the engine mounts. The owner has agreed to split the cost of repairs with us, but it was listed in excellent condition and this should not have to be done. I do appreciate his willingness to split the cost, but the car should not have been listed in excellent condition if he did not thoroughly check it out himself. He has told me to take the car to Affordable Tire on Pioneer Parkway. I will now need to get my children with Fragile X Syndrome out, which is a big ordeal, and find out how much it will cost to fix this car that was listed in excellent condition. I will change this review if all of this works out. The man was nice to work with and the buying process was easy. However, if you do not know anything about cars be wary of cars listed in excellent condition.
