    I'm concerned about a review on Jan 25. The car was brought in for service with an extended warranty and the warranty was not accepted due to after mkt parts being found on the car. My concern is that field BMW sold the car with after market parts and would not accept the extended warranty for service

    I came in for an appointment that I scheduled for my vehicle my vehicle had extended warranty when I scheduled the appointment always set is I would pay $50 deductible after taking the vehicle to Fields BMW and dropping the car off I received a call from the service advisor named Brandon and told me that because of my aftermarket parts my warranty would be void which was not explained from the start as a service advisor you should advise the customer on what or what not is covered and any type of disclosures prior to servicing his vehicle for her vehicle only because certain customers are not aware if you have an aftermarket part your warranty is not covered now now he's trying to charge me $175 plus for nothing absolutely nothing when I try calling them and speaking to him about the issue he starts to be very defensive and the good customer service all of a sudden want to xxxx then I wanted to speak to a manager I spoke to the service advisor manager the worst possible experience I felt like I was attack as a customer he did not help me resolve any issues the only thing he made me feel was scared as a customer I feel like this message should be passed onto anybody purchasing a vehicle and Fields BMW Northfield Illinois to be aware of the service and lack of customer service that this facility provides. I feel like I've been robbed without a weapon I feel like because of what they made me sign that it's like putting a gun to my head and making me take my money that I work for for absolutely nothing they do not service my vehicle they did not fix any issue they didn't give me anything they just said you know what you're screwed sign here pay their sayonara what's IPO service what type of retail facility what type of car dealership is Fields BMW that's a very good question before purchasing a vehicle there warning warning warning the worst service I've ever experience is that Fields BMW Northfield Illinois this message will be spread apart social media Twitter to anybody who I can even come across too I know a huge huge network of people that actually shop at Fields BMW I will tell him about my experience as a customer I feel BMW and I will make sure that no one ever shop there again because of the poor experience that I've received I will make sure that every single person is aware of what type of scam artists and what type of customer service these type of people promote I feel hurt as a customer.

    Daniel Font has changed in mind in how I see salesman. I never like sales but Daniel is real. He was & is incredible to deal with. He has answered all my questions & just asset to your organization. My car is fantastic. Really never thought much about how a car drives but this is the most fun I have ever had in driving a vehicle & this being our 26th vehicle that says a lot. We love your dealership we have a BMW dealer closer but my husband choose to go to Fields. Best Idea ever. All staff very friendly & you have one of the best sales guys in Daniel Font. You have a great dealership it was a pleasure doing business with you & a greater pleasure meeting Daniel Font. Thank you!

    It had been 18 years between new cars for me so when I went car shopping I did some deep research. I wanted a great car - check. I wanted great service - check. I wanted my questions answered honestly - check. I wanted my phone calls returned quickly - check. I wanted tech geniuses to explain the intricacies of my new car to me - check. Last but not least of all I wanted a great deal - check, check, check!
