Bought a car two months ago, still waiting on title. Had to get Wells Fargo involved who met onsite. Company has gone bust and they're not doing anything... to help customers out that have already bought cars. Now sorting it all myself. They haven't responded to emails, voice messages or calls. Every time someone does answer it's a new person and the person I need is off or has left. Website now doesn't exist either Don't buy from them
Purchased a 2012 Range Rover Evoque, on 4/26/2019. Initial temp tag expired 5/26/2019. Prior to the tag expiring, I must have called the Dealership more... than 20 times. No one ever called me back!!!!! I had a friend call from a NJ number, and they answered. Now the second temp tag has expired and once again, all calls go to voicemail with no response. These people have now taken down their website. These people have not paid the sales tax and other applicable fees to the state of GA; for which they have collected. I will be contacting the FBI.

Bought a 2011 Jaguar XK in April 2019. Love the car, but the dealership is corrupt. I live in Michigan, so they need to send sales tax, title registration... and fees to MI Secretary of State. It has now been 2 months and they have not done so. My temp plate expired so the car sat in my garage for 2 weeks until they sent a 2nd 30-day temp plate that expires June 22nd. Looks like my Jag will be stuck in the garage again in 1 week. I have left 30+ voicemails; they do not return any calls. Finally got a guy that called himself Max on the phone...told me a story about their business being hacked and temporarily out of business. Promised to take care of the registration, but a month later nothing has happened. I'm concerned they sold me a vehicle for which they have no title to transfer, or no money to pay the MI sales tax and registration fees. I have filed a complaint with the NJ Better Business Bureau; their response to the BBB was they are taking care of it (but haven't). Assessing other options now. Flying back to NJ if they're closed down likely won't do me much good. Have I been scammed? AVOID AT ALL COSTS WHEN THESE GUYS RE-OPEN AFTER THE "REMODELING"!!
Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from out of state. Had a deal worked out and I had my bank send a certified check. When they tried to add... on additional fees I backed out of the deal and told them to just return my check. Instead they cashed the check and wrote my bank a check that bounced. Now they won't answer the phone. Scam! Beware!

I recently purchased my 2013 Buick Enclave at this dealership. Then had my mechanic look at it. There were 3 main issues. We called and spoke with the... owner who said bring it in and we will fix the problems. I brought the vehicle in next day then was told the parts need to be ordered. Ok 2 weeks later after calling every day we were told the parts arrived. Brought the vehicle in again, I sat in their freezing office (mind you nobody offered to place 1 of their portable heaters near me). The following week I tried to get the vehicle inspected and it failed for a second time. Only to be told one the 3 issues was not fixed. I paid for my vehicle in cash and you would think this dealership would offer world class service, it was far from that
