    d to talk to the finance office numerous times leaving messages with the operator, a salesman and on voicemail with no return call. It has been over three weeks. I have also called to talk to the General Manager a Mr. Szot with none of his associates knowing what office he is working in that day. Left a message with no return call from him. The salesman that answer the phone also have no regard on how to answer the phone, once I asked form management I was treated with complete disrespect. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Should of realized when I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited and get a Nissan Versa as a loaner. All other dealerships I have worked with has given me the same type of car that I have purchased from them. Look at their Facebook page and read some more reviews from their "satisfied" customers. Thanks again for the great customer service.

  • Truly Awful Service Dept.

    I had called to make an appointment the first week of November but, was told they were very busy so, I scheduled my appointment for 11/10 and dropped

    off my car the evening of 11/9 to ensure it would be serviced when expected. On 11/10, nobody bothered to call me all day and when I finally called at 4:30, I was told my car had not even been looked at but that they'd get to it first thing on 11/11. I was also told that they may need to keep my car over the weekend if it needed parts. I called again on the morning of 11/11 for an update and was told my car needed a wheel bearing replaced, a tune up and an oil change. Fairly straight-forward stuff but, a part was needed for the wheel bearing and I was promised a phone call by the end of the day. That did not happen. I called once again on Monday (not once had I received a call from their staff during this entire time... I only received answers if I called myself) and was told that there was another vehicle in front of mine that was deemed a higher priority by some manager. At this point, I was out of patience and said that it is ludicrous that rebuilding a wheel bearing, a tune up and an oil change were taking more than a day, let alone 3+ days. I had to go out of town on Monday evening so, I instructed my service tech to call my wife to arrange pick-up on Tuesday. Of course, the car was not ready on Tuesday and nobody called me or my wife. I finally was told the car was ready on 11/16, a full SIX DAYS after dropping it off. I had requested that they call my wife to arrange pick-up since I was out of town and she needed a ride. No surprise, that didn't happen. When I finally got back in town and came to pick it up on 11/17, I waited 45 minutes for the porter to bring the car around. Nothing about this situation was acceptable and I will never be back for service or to purchase another vehicle. Way too many options out there to deal with this kind of nonsense.

    chase they told my car needed an update and that would take up to 2 hours, I chose to come on the next day to drop off the car and have it updated. The salesman wasn???t at the dealership at the time we agreed, people wasn???t sure what that was about. I dropped the car at 12noon for the service and the salesman told it would take them 1,5 hours. Long story short, I was back at the dealership at 5pm and the car was not ready. The salesman acted like it wasn???t his fault and he even put it on me, saying that I should have scheduled the pickup with the service people. At no point I interacted with service people. If I had brought the car in for a service I obviously would have, but this was not the case; the car is brand new. It???s past 6pm and they are not done with my car. I was trying not to waist my time and here I am. What a bad experience.

    ks ago through Cars.com, i found cars i liked and had the extras which was important to me and my family. Dealerships here in NY are pushy and they kept contacting me every day, multiple times via email, text and phone calls. i contact Criswell Dodge because the advertised price was one of the lowest I've seen. Julian explained me, that this is with all discounts and intensives you can get if you qualify, so i was a bit disappointed but on this other hand, it was to good to be true. After a few emails back and forth, i got a really good offer from Julian and his GM. This was last week, but i hesitated, because i didn't wanted to travel 250 miles. so i looked again and found a car in Warwick NY, but the price wasn't as good. so last weekend, we decided to get the car from Criswell. To my surprise my old car got a mechanical issue on Monday. so i had to get a rental car and head down to MD. we used the election day to finally do it, Kids are off, what a good reason to do a little family trip. All in all, it was a great experience and if you are looking for a new car, go to Criswell.

  • Bad Service

    Took my Jeep in there the first time because my mechanic noticed my rear axle leaking. I took my jeep in to have the axle looked at since it was stil

    l under warranty. When I came back the next day to pick it up they told me they fixed it plus found another defective part. When I went to pull out the oil light came on. I immediately turned around to tell them they forgot to put oil in my car. They assumed I meant the change oil sensor not the oil level. By the time they realized it they made it seem like it wasn't a big deal my engine could of locked up. The owner or GM called me back days later after I filled out the survey telling me it was one of their most experienced Mechanics and apologized. He said I could get a free oil change. I was not coming back to have an oil change done by people whos most experienced mechanic doesn't put oil in a truck. The next oil change I got my mechanic said they never fixed my axle. So I call them to tell them I needed this resolved immediately and while I had it in I needed a safety recall done. They confirmed they had the recall part in so I could drop it. I dropped it off only to get a call hours later saying they didn't have the safety part. The voicemail said it would come in the morning and be put on. It said only to call back if I had questions. I go to pick it up the next day at noon only to be told yeah the recall part is in but your axle wont be fixed until tomorrow night. When I told them I was taking my car because I had to be at work they had already had my car for a day and a half. They laughed it off then told me they could get me a rental car with no apology of why they didnt call me back to say it wasnt going to be finished. I go to pick my car up two days later and return the rental car just for the girl at the front desk to tell me I owe $1200. I told her it was all warranty work and I show her that I just had a free rental car. I said why would they of given me a free rental car if it was not covered. She makes me sit there for 10 minutes then leaves. She comes back says I need to wait for someone to come confirm it. I wait 5 more minutes and as she sees me getting upset she says well you can go talk to the person you have been dealing with. So I take it upon myself to walk out to talk to the guy I had been dealing with. He says it was a clerical mistake and starts laughing it off asking how mad I must of been when I thought I was going to be charged. Then he cannot figure out how to change it to warranty to zero out the bill. He tells me he had to rig it to show 0.00 and that his warranty clerk would be mad at him. I take it back to the girl and she tries to tell me it wasn't right in the system. I said it is not my problem and that if she didn't believe it was warranty she could ask him as if I should be to blame that the employee cannot figure out how to bill it to warranty. I am a patient person but every part of the process both times I have taken my vehicle here I have had issues.

    oom, I was impressed - they were attentive and helpful but not once did I feel pressured or rushed as I have at other dealerships. They answered every question I had, were very thorough and made sure I understood all my different options. Kudos to Sam Hall and Kevin Jones and the Finance Manager who walked me through every option and explained until I understood! 5 star experience and I'll never go anywhere else - already referred a coworker!
