Purchased auto butler on GMC Terrain have tried several times to schedule this we feel like we are getting the run around it is lease we did pay for this... service why is it so difficult to schedule

Folks were nice and knowledgeble. Unfortunately i asked for a loaner pick up or a large SUV and was stuck with the smallest Buick SUV that i'd ever seen.... Not the dealers fault, but there is still a tapping in my Duramax engine that they say is normal, this is the noisiest Duramax i've ever owned, and i've had 5 of them. All the others were a pleasure to drive with plenty of power, this one is pathetic. The only reason i'm keeping it is because the new Ford front ends are ugly, as soon as Ford changes their headlights i'll be getting rid of this GMC and going back to a Ford F250 King Ranch. It's very doubtful that this will be published but as stated below, you have my permission to publish.
Bob, we apologize for not having a suitable loaner vehicle for you. We are going to add more trucks to the loaner fleet to try to prevent this from h...appening in the future.

Everyone I encountered was extremely nice, helpful, and respectful. The process of getting and dropping off the loaner car was very efficient and thorough.... Being able to talk to the mechanic that worked on my car was a nice touch. He provided some extra explanations and insight regarding the issues my car was having and provided some additional operational tips A great experience
This was my first Cadillac vehicle purchase and by far the best out of the 11 vehicles I've purchased throughout my lifetime. I told the dealer which vehicle... I was interested in coming to take a look at. When I arrived, Paula Meek my salesperson, was there ready to greet me and had the vehicle I inquired about pulled up for me to look at and test drive. I explained my intentions and expectations and she was very up front with me during the purchase. This was by far the smoothest transaction I've had at any dealership. I'm glad I made a decision to purchase at this dealership as the clowns at Gary Yeoman's Ford were more than happy to turn away my business weeks prior to my Cadillac purchase. I might not have the best credit score, most equity in my trade, or most amount of money for down payment, but I was treated like a human being and the dealership was willing to work for my business. Had oil change and rotation done. I was told it would take an hour. It only took about 30 minutes
I went in last time because my battery was periodically going dead. They replaced my AC Delco battery under warranty even though I had bought it in another... state. They even arranged a ride home for me so I wouldn't have to wait around the shop. Don Webb provides friendly, competent assistance as service adviser. I drive an older Pontiac and he treats me like I drive a Cadillac!

Don Webb always remembers me and my car even though it may have been months since my last visit. He treats me as a person, not just another number. He... always gives me his full attention. He seems to really care about me and my car. I've been driving 50 years and he's one of the best service coordinators I've met.
