I am a home nurse and need my car to visit patients. This dealership has always accommodated me and the staff in the service department treats me like... family. Bruce the service manager is always on top of things and they just go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of. I love this dealership's service department.

On 2/1/21 I received a call from Service Manager Bruce, he asked me to take down a Review that I posted about the Battery that was installed in my car.... I told him that I was still waiting for another part that service ordered to put in my car. He was not happy about it. On 2/2/21 I received another call in the afternoon from Bruce about the Review that I posted. He started getting nasty with me. I told him that eversinse I purchased the GMC Terrain in 2012 there had been issues with service and the detailing crew and other issues like charging me for a battery that was supposed to be replaced free. I always had to wait until they fix it or bring the car back. I didn't write a review about those issues then. He said that if I didn't take the review down, that I should look for another Dealership. I said no until the car part was in and installed in the car. He stated that he was going to cancel the part that was ordered. He told me to look for another Dealership and not to comeback.

I purchase a used vehicle from them in November 2020. They were nice enough to deliver the vehicle to me 70 miles away, and for that I am grateful. However... when I drove the car the first time after delivery, the engine light same on. After several hundred dollars of repairs for various parts, it turns out that both catalytic converters are bad. I have reached out to my salesman and the dealership, but have received no reply. It would be one thing if the engine light came on after maybe a month or two...but the very first time I drive the car after delivery?? Ive paid for many new parts and diagnostics, which Im not even asking for reimbursement. But 2 catalytic converters are very expensive. I would think the dealership would stand behind delivering a vehicle that doesnt have a faulty emissions system. Apparently not so. Be careful what you are buying here.

In July 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Ritchey Autos in Daytona Beach, FL. I am extremely impressed with everyone at Ritchey Autos! They treated me... like family the entire time I was there. It was very convenient. Clarence made this whole experience very painless. It was wonderful waiting at home for the car, signing the paperwork and simply... wasting little to no time on any of this.
