    We've been buying vehicles from Coughlin Kia for years because of the quality of service we receive there. Our salesman, Jim Miller is knowledgeable, kind, patient (I had a LOT of questions), and treats you like the only customer in the world. He worked so hard to get us our deal on our brand new car-thank you again!

    Buying a new car is an emotional experience which concludes with judging the sales person, the dealership, and yourself. Dealing with Jim Miller and Charlie Reece is like visiting old friends with, " We need to talk." premise or atmosphere. Jim has been in the business for a long time as I recall; and probably has sold to several generations of families through the years. He has the sage, country demeanor and will not pressure you in any way. He seems to understand your questions before you ask; experience I guess. If you want the small town, no pressure, we're here to help you make your decision, then this is the place to go. I'm confident your experience will be the same.

    New car buying experience with no pressure. Nice selection of vehicles to choose from in all price range. Sales crew listened to what I wanted and put no pressure on me to make a choice. Sales crew answered all my questions and went over all the features of the vehicle I was interested in.

    Our sales representative, Jim, made buying our Jeep Liberty quick and simple. He took the time to answer our questions and was professional, friendly and patient.     If Jim (sales) and Jeremy (finance) represent Coughlin Kia Newark I would imagine they will be awarded dealer of the year. Seamless experience, everybody extremely professional but fun to chat with and brutal honest on answering my questions. In less than one hour I drove out on my new (to me) car.

    Just purchased our first KIA yesterday. We were very pleased with the purchase experience from Coughlin KIA, via Cars.com The price was right, great vehicle, and Jim Miller is an excellent salesperson. We also met the sales manager Charlie Reece and was very impressed. High integrity, very friendly, great atmosphere. Everything was first class. Highly recommend giving them the opportunity next time you need a vehicle.

    My purchase of a 2016 Kia Optima LX was easy and painless. I was pre-approved before visiting the dealership. I had already test driven a Kia Optima and knew the color and accessories I wanted. Jim Miller had my financing all taken care of and the car I wanted waiting for me. I will definitely send friends and family to Coughlin Kia.
