They bait and switch....the price you see is not the price you pay...They add so-called protection pkgs and security systems and fees.....However they do have some nice rare cars in stock. They intentionally list the car for low you just need to keep that in mind, and negotiate a fair out the door price.

stay away. Trust me, save your time and money. Sell or buy elsewhere. They will give you an offer that they can't keep, then lowball you and waste your time, just like any other dealers but worst.

They sold me paint warranties and two anti theft devices and I tried to cancel them because why do I need paint protection on something I was wrapping anyway and two I bought the portfolio appearance protection warranty and I cannot use it. They keep denying my claims so 3,000$ in the trash. They won’t cancel them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Pretty great experience overall. My sales representatives Maria and Rene were very helpful, answered all my questions and made the whole transaction quick. Highly recommend STG Auto!

It was a mistake to visit this dealership without checking reviews beforehand. Over the phone, they promised one thing, but once we arrived, additional unexpected charges appeared. The sales manager refused to print or clearly explain the breakdown of the fees, saying that all printers were busy. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. When I decided to leave, they stopped me and said they would offer a better deal, but the same manager returned with the exact same price and said, “Take it or leave it.” Overall, poor customer service and lack of transparency. I would not recommend this dealership.

This location did not honor the warranty that was purchased with the vehicle. Buyer beware of extra fees that can be inccured On maintenance services for the vehicle. Manager is also never around to handle these matters.I would highly recommend not going here.

For anyone considering buying a car from STG Auto please be advised that the sales people are extremely pushy. The service department is an absolute nightmare to work with and any warranty can be held up over a review so here you go my personal experience with STG auto group is to run away. Find a car somewhere else pay a little more money

For anyone buying a car from STG Auto group buyer beware you will be treated like garbage. If you have any warranty work to be done you will be put on hold transfer after transfer. They’ve now officially had my car for 45 days and still no outcome no timeframe nothing
