I was looking for a good deal on a car. I was misled into believing that the car I bought was the one I wanted. I got over not having some of the extra perks, but basically as soon as you sign the dotted line the customer service is out the window. I was promised a physical owners manual and still have not received it after over a year. And when I have contacted them about canceling my useless extended warranty I have been ignored and given the run around. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Awful, horrible experience! I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i in October with 50kmi on it. Was told it had leather and bluetooth. These were two of the primary criteria in my search as both tremendously help resale value. 9 months later, I decide to start using my bluetooth (I drive very little and only put 7,000mi since purchase). I couldn't figure it out, so I took it into BMW. Yah, turns out, no bluetooth as stated. Also, they tell me the car has "leatherette", not leather (also as stated by the dealer). I ask what it would cost to have these two things installed. $6,000!!!! for leather, $1,500!!!! for bluetooth. Are you kidding me! NEXT, I ask my mechanic to look over my extended warranty ($3500). Yah, it covers almost nothing that would ever break on a BMW. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT MALCOLM CUNNINGHAM OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED
