Thomas went above and beyond to find me a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid after my car was totaled. Was very patient with me whike wauri g for deluvery. He was great showing me how to use the technology when I picked ut up. It was worth travelling from La Crosse to a Winona to stay with Dahl Auto.

So happy that Thomas was able to get me connected to the Toyota I had been waiting for! The new Sequoia seems to be in short supply and Dahl Toyota came through with the exact vehicle I was looking for. My Sales team contact Thomas Gary even worked with me to get custom wheels installed before I took possession of the new vehicle and then gave me credit for the new factory rims and tires so I didn’t have to bother with the extras. The entire staff at Dahl was totally professional and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend!!

Service sucks I’ve been having transmission problems and
Service sucks I’ve been having transmission problems and get no satisfaction for 8 months keep talking to Scott and all tells me Toyota never has transmission trouble.i have been trying to get loaner vehicle so they can keep mine and drive but never get call back unless I call them then promise to call me but don’t sick of Dahl Toyota all they want is the sale and service they can charge you for.i will be making appointment at another dealer to try And get some satisfaction.i will be adding more later

Out an additional $500
A few days ago, this would have been a relatively positive review. Dahl made the buying process for one of my (attainable) dream cars smooth and relatively simple. Or so I thought until I was blindsided at the treasury on Monday. When I was setting up financing with Dahl I informed them that I wanted to pay for tax, title and licensing out of pocket, in cash to avoid paying any extra interest. I was informed however that they required me to include this as a part of the loan considering I was an out-of-state buyer and if I wanted too I could put what I had for tax, title and licensing down with the rest of my down payment. So I went that route and put an additional $2500 down (for a total of $7500 down). On Monday I go to pick up my plates fully expecting for the costs of tax title and licensing to be covered when I was blindsided with an additional $520 I had to pay out of pocket because the check Dahl had cut to the Nebraska Treasury didn’t even fully cover the taxes on the car let alone the title and registration. This is incredibly frustrating and has left me in quite the bind for the next two weeks as I had used the money that I had for tax title and registration as a part of my down payment expecting for it to be covered. It seems to me, if I am not given a choice but to include these things as a part of the loan it should be paid for in full. This too me is unacceptable and I feel as though I have been deceived. It’s very unprofessional to not be fully upfront about the tax, title and registration process and now I am out an additional $520. When I called to inform them the only thing the financing manager had to say was “well I hope things get better for you soon”. What an absolutely ridiculous thing to say to someone who just gave you $7500. I love my car, but I would caution anyone when doing business here.
