I didn't get the tires quoted to me but purchased another

I didn't get the tires quoted to me but purchased another that was offered to me which cost more. I requested two caps to replace the lost ones and didn't get them.

Already posted on Google , waited 20 minutes after being

Already posted on Google , waited 20 minutes after being told car ready, inquired and they said will deliver immediate but another 10 passed standing by the tent; approached “greeter” who took my papers another 10 and when I inquired she told me to be patient, do not need a lecture after waiting 30 minutes by the tent after being g told it’s ready! Apparently the lost my key and problems happen but do not need a lecture or attitude!

I’m in the market for new Sienna for awhile.

I’m in the market for new Sienna for awhile. I decided to contact my friend Loc Nguyen at One Toyota. He able to find available XSE Sienna for me within 1 week. I very happy.

Nick checked me in then Hasani did the pictures and inspection on my car. I was there for my usual maintenance. I waited for my car and he kept me informed how everything was going. Very professional profession, and an excellent employee . next time I come, I'm going to ask for him. He took very good care of me.

Great respect for One Toyota of Oakland.

Great respect for One Toyota of Oakland. Service, transparency, negotiations, are all done in a professional manner. No talking to multiple people, you talk only to one person from the minute you start the deal till the deal is signed. One Toyota uses electronic filing of all the paperwork, a total of 19 documents, some of which have multiple pages for the buyer to sign. The sales lady, Sue Lo, made the process so efficient, and in les than 3 hours I was out driving my new vehicle. I also need to mention that there were 3 pleasant experiences: (1) the fact that I had to wait for my car to come, I was told that the car is not on the lot upfront. No pressure to go to the dealership and see if I like something else, just told me the date the car will come and when it came (a week earlier than the ETA), I got a text message immediately. (2) The trade-in and (3) setting up the infotainment connections with my phone. Thank you Sue.
