The service department was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problems with the VW Beetle. They were even able promptly perform a recall service I had been trying to get done at Crown VW in Lawrence for over six months! Definitely worth the drive.

Cody was wonderful to work with. Very Nice guy with great customer service skills. There was never any high pressure sales during our transaction. The finance person was extremely courteous as well. If your in the market for a Volkswagen I strongly suggest going to Bud Brown and asking for Cody!

Jason on the sales team was great. Not pushy, got me exactly what I needed and was super friendly and easy to talk to. The Finance lady was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. She raised her voice, waved things in my face, and argued with me about the warranty she was trying to sell. She made comments about me being a single woman who can’t take care of myself and told me I won’t be okay without a warranty. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and, had we not been so far along in the process, I would have left and gone to another dealership. She also made a face and shook her head “no” to someone that was walking behind me, leading me to think she was treating me that way to hit some sort of goal. This was my third experience with Bud Brown and I thought I was a customer for life because previous experiences had been so great. When it comes time to buy another car in a few years, I will not be going back.
