    Overall, great dealership. They worked with me and got me into the vehicle I was looking for. I had Gregg as my salesman and he was very personable and patient! Best car buying experience I've had and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Ask for Gregg!

    This was a repeat trip to the service bay, as the issue was not completed the first time we brought the Traverse into shop for the "tire pressure sensor" that is reading low tire, but tire not low. Problem did not get fixed at the first trip, so now we are waiting to see if this problem has been fixed. (Not at all happy with the first trip to the repair/service shop.)

    Eskridge Chevrolet in Guthrie, OK is only a mile from my house. I have known two of the salesmen since they were preschool age. I have purchased 3 vehicles there. I have been a regular customer of their service department. These are good people providing good value to their customers. Most recently, I bought a 2005 Silverado Crew with 173,000 miles. Hoping to get 350,000. Looks good, runs good. It needed a water pump which they replaced at no cost to me. The engine is very strong. No leaks. I'm looking forward to the free oil changes for life.

    The salesperson is extremely helpful. However, my car broke down 5 days after purchase. My salesperson got me a car to drive when he found out the service department had my car for 4 days without offering me anything. It took the service department almost 2 weeks, and then after they called GM because they could not figure out what was wrong.....they only 'Cleaned' the corroded connectors. So, of course the car is Still acting up, cutting off I went back and was told they would need it Again for at least a day and a half to diagnose the same thing!!!!!!!! Maybe if they fixed it instead of just cleaning it, actually checked other issues that run on the same ECM that are not working charged me $100 deductible which I'm sure I'll have to pay again I might be a little happier. As it is I have a car that can leave me stranded on the side of the road at any time.

    Eskridge Chevrolet's service dept is outstanding! The service advisers, managers, promptness of car being worked on, etc. If something happens to be wrong, they will inform me and let me make a decision before doing the work. Some dealerships just do the work and then charge you without consulting you first. Eskridge goes above and beyond and I will continue to bring my car here. It's worth the drive all the way from downtown OKC!

    Good Morning Ron and Billy. I wanted to say "thank you" to all of you for the support you gave me on getting the mini outfitted with the heated seats and the windshield repair and warranty work at Coopers. Please also pass my thanks to Shawn Box in Service as he was a big help to the service writer at Mini in getting the warranty claim filed. Steve mentioned several times how Shawn had stayed on the situation throughout the day. My drive home felt safe and secure and was toasty warm with those new seats! Thanks again for all your work these last couple weeks getting me and the Mini on the road in an efficient time frame and safely. It is greatly appreciated.
