I have recently bought a truck from Town & Country and you lost my title And then when I call the people that work there just say we mailed it to the DMV and then hang up constantly hang up 5 days in a row so So now I will be contacting MVC.ky.gov Then I will contact the Better Business Bureau which I already have I cannot believe the people that work there can lose a title and don't know where they mailed it to that's a joke

Went into store to buy car for wife.Had 11,000 dollars cash in pocket.Been working all day was little dirty NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME.JUST HAD BOUGHT TRUCK 1 YEAR EARLIER. I JUST LAUGH AND WENT UP STREET TO KING BROTHERS.THEY WERE GLAD TO SEE ME.CALL SALESMAN YESTERDAY ASK ABOUT A CHEVY CAMARO SALESMAN SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK.DO THE MATH 1 CUSTOMER 3 SALES BUT NEVER WILL DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
