    My son located and fully intended to purchase a 2014 "Certified Pre-Owned" Suubaru Forester at this local dealership. Jonathan and Eric. the 2 salesman, did a very good job in assisting him. He verbally received a good OTD price before learning that the vehicle only came with one of the normal two key fobs. Even though "Certified Pre-Owned" Subarus are required to have both key fobs, the dealership refused to have another one made for my son. Instead, if he wanted another key fob, he would have to pay to have one made. (And they are not cheap!) The next day, I helped my son locate and purchase another, very similar 2014 "Certified Pre-Owned" Subaru Forester at another Subaru dealership. This Forester had a better OTD price, lower mileage, and came with both key fobs. .

We regret that a miscommunication on the second set of keys led to your choosing another Subaru dealer for your purchase. We intended to contact the previous owner for the second set of keys and we were able to successfully obtain the key and key fob for the next owner. Our apologies that we were not able to procure the second fob prior to our discussions with your son. We wish your son many happy miles in his new Subaru.

    We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle for our daughter but trying to avoid the typical pressure approach used by many car sales reps. We are happy we stopped at Subaru South Blvd.! Our salesman, Johnathan Shapiro was informative without hassling us to buy and Daniel McLaughlin Finance Mgr. did an outstanding job. We highly recommend Subaru South Blvd!
