I brought it in to repair the air cons.
I brought it in to repair the air cons. System. They kept the car for 3 days. Never repaired. Again I left it 2 weeks later for the same problem and still they did not resolve it. I brought it in for wheel balancing which they did but they kia logo on the wheel was and still missing.

Scheduled an oil change appointment that I was hoping
Scheduled an oil change appointment that I was hoping would be quick for my 2024 sorrento. . Ended up needing 2 safety recalls as well. I would have appreciated a heads up considering this greatly added to the appointment time. Had I known about the recalls I would brought some work to do. Just asking for a little communication. I did receive reminders about the appointment , would have been nice to Be told about the recalls as well.
