The service agent was friendly and great, everything
The service agent was friendly and great, everything appeared ok until I got in my vehicle and the contents of my glove box was all over the seat. I’m guessing they needed the lug nut security key. They never asked and I didn’t even know it was in my glove box, but because they left the greasy thing on my seat I figured that was the cause. And 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation appointment was too long.

The appointment time was missed, and the tech recommended
The appointment time was missed, and the tech recommended some routine items, but the prices were insane, $550 for a battery, $80 for a cabin air filter. The filter cost $4.50 and takes 5 mins to replace, an Optima yellow top is $350 before tax, and advance auto will swap the battery for free. The oil change itself cost $140. The cost are becoming too much for customers to want to use your shop.
