Service adviser is not a professional and has. been there for many years! He told me I needed new wipers coincidentally the ones I had were 2 weeks old! The final straw was my last visit he checked me in then preceded to pull my jeep around to be serviced! After that he can in waiting room to let me know my jeep needed to be looked at cause when he pulled it around it stalled! I knew he was lieing cause jeep has never stalled! Automatic! He tried to convince me something was wrong! I pondered it with discontent and decided I could no longer trust your dealership! I went to maintenance area got my keys and went elsewhere!

I recently entrusted my fully functional diesel truck to
I recently entrusted my fully functional diesel truck to the service department at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, expecting routine maintenance. To my absolute frustration, their negligence severely damaged my fuel system, leaving me with thousands of dollars in repair costs—which I had to pay out-of-pocket for a problem they 100% caused. This dealership not only ruined my truck but also completely refused to take responsibility. When I contacted Dodge corporate, expecting some level of accountability, they blew me off and told me I needed a warranty if I wanted any assistance. Excuse me? My truck was working perfectly before their "service" department touched it! Their response was nothing short of a slap in the face. Sadly, after reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t alone. Multiple customers have complained about this dealership’s service department causing problems, including long wait times, misdiagnoses, and even vehicles sitting there for weeks or months with no communication. One reviewer on DealerRater mentioned that their vehicle sat for months with no updates, while others have cited incorrect repairs and blatant negligence. (DealerRater Review) At this point, I highly advise anyone considering this dealership for service to stay far away unless you want to risk your vehicle being damaged and your concerns ignored. Dodge corporate clearly doesn’t care, and neither does this dealership. Take your business somewhere that values its customers—because Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM certainly does not.

Went in for an oil and oil filter change.
Went in for an oil and oil filter change. Was charged on the invoice for both. When I got home I checked for leaks and saw it was the same filter that I showed up with and that they never changed the filter (but made sure to charge me for one and recommend $5,000 worth of other repairs). Makes me wonder if the oil was even changed. Never taking my truck to this dealership again. If you value your vehicle I recommend you avoid this place!

$500 dollars for an oils change and Battery change is
$500 dollars for an oils change and Battery change is crazy. I would like a more personal touch. They always recommend crazy things that are un necessary. If you treat it as your vehicle you won’t recommend 80% of what’s on the list. Everyone I've been in and if i got what they recommended I would spend 2K every time.. it shouldn’t be about sales
