    The pricing and condition of the Ford Focus I purchased couldn't be beat, and Ryan Bachman was great to work with. I was disappointed when the dealership failed to follow through with a few promises before pick up, but those feelings have since been alleviated as those problems are being quickly fixed.

    Shout out to the team at Jim Robinson, I was in a pinch when my truck broke down late last nite. I had my truck towed up to the shop and gave them a call in the morning desperate to get my truck fixed. I talked to George in service, he explained to me how busy they were and he do what he could to get my truck up on the lift before the days end. To my surprise George called me just minutes before closing explaining they had found the problem and assured me they would stay over until the truck was done, and that's exactly what they did, theh stayed over an hour to make sure I was back on the road. I want to give a big thank you to George and his crew. Thank you guys, outstanding service

    The two gentleman that man the service desk and the cashier. We bought a new car from you last Tuesday, a Rav 4. We were trying to decide between a SubarunOutback and the Rav4. Jack was an excellent salesman, and in the end it was the service department that decided it. We feel comfortable and trust them. This wAs very important in our decision. I hope you will pay them what they are worth.

    Everyone in the workplace was very friendly and helpful. After my truck was finished, I had a couple questions about little things on my vehicle. The worker in the department took time to go over the possibilities i could do to fix my truck.

    John Burkle is the one that sold me my 2002 Avalon and 2003 camry.both cars never caused me a moment trouble. But it was Mr Burkle who causes me to drive 35 miles to lease my 2014 camry. There is a Toyota dealer 5 miles from my home.

    I had a leak in the oil pan of my new car and brought it back in to get checked and they gave me a rental and then a loaner while they ordered the part and fixed it. It took 4 or 5 days, but I got it back today and it seems ok.

    It was easy to make an appointment, and they took my car right in for routine oil change and tire rotation. The time required was very short, and there was a comfortable waiting area. I particularly liked that the Toyota Care meant that there was no cost to me for the routine service.
