Shout out to the team at Jim Robinson, I was in a pinch when my truck broke down late last nite. I had my truck towed up to the shop and gave them a call... in the morning desperate to get my truck fixed. I talked to George in service, he explained to me how busy they were and he do what he could to get my truck up on the lift before the days end. To my surprise George called me just minutes before closing explaining they had found the problem and assured me they would stay over until the truck was done, and that's exactly what they did, theh stayed over an hour to make sure I was back on the road. I want to give a big thank you to George and his crew. Thank you guys, outstanding service

Very poor customer service. The two service employees were very arrogant and referred me to another dealership as they were playing on there personal... cell phones. They had no regards to customer safety due to faulty issues with my Ford truck. They also stated that since I didn't buy my vehicle at there dealership, they were not obligated to work on my vehicle and then referred me to another dealership.

The pricing and condition of the Ford Focus I purchased couldn't be beat, and Ryan Bachman was great to work with. I was disappointed when the dealership... failed to follow through with a few promises before pick up, but those feelings have since been alleviated as those problems are being quickly fixed.
