Looked at a 2004 forester X that has 54k Miles. Was told in description and over text that the car "looks and drives like brand new". The pictures I saw showed it looked mint. When I arrived I could instantly tell they were old pictures. The dealer also failed to inform me that the 2 doors on the driver side has been very poorly repainted. Whoever painted them didn't bother to take the doors off the car, they just attempted to tape everything off around it and spray. The overspray on the fender and door handles was a dead giveaway. Wouldn't be surprised if the dealer himself painted it. When asked about it he made every excuse possible and couldn't answer my question. He then became very rude and said it wasn't the car for me and got in and left. This silver forester is still forsale, so BEWARE WHEN BUYING.

I saw my Subaru Outback on cars.com. I called TSF Auto sales in New Jersey where the car was located. They described the car exactly, helped me find an inspector to come look at it and then picked me up at the airport when I finally flew in to see it. No surprises, no problems. Perfect, easy transaction. Very satisfied customer.

Made a pretty reasonable cash&trade offer on a vette & got no counter offer. Only got a terse e-mail insulting the value of my trade without even making a counter offer that might have resulted in a sale.

As in past reviews, Viktor was amazing. I came to the dealership on a whim after seeing their 2013 Mercedes Benz GLK250 Bluetec on cars.com. I was actually headed to another dealership and almost drove by as the neighborhood is sketchy, but I am glad that I stopped. I arrived with my husband only about an hour before closing time but in no way did I feel pressured or rushed in any way. We went for 2 test drives and with a lot of humming and hawing we finally committed to the purchase. Needless to say we kept them way past their normal closing time but I drove home happy with my new car. They are a no frills dealer and I truly believe they strive to give the customer a fair deal. We got financing through them and Viktor was very up front with the rates and didn't even add any points over what the approval came back at. He has many quality cars many of which I would have been happy to come home with. I still have about a year of manufacturers warranty remaining although with the quality of this vehicle I doubt I will need to utilize it. Their buyer has a good eye for what they bring into the dealership. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and would gladly travel the 1.5 hours from home to purchase from them again.

Personally did have a lot of difficulty finding a dealer who would be willing to work with my history. I'm talking bankruptcy,no co-signer, and hardly any money down... I mean seriously :-( Long story short, at this dealership. I actually got to drive away in one of my dream cars. The dealers here came me positive meanwhile I was thinking "this is never going to happen", but I am in my lexus. I am extremely happy. Definitely a "can't believe this is happen moment". Thank you Igor and Victor, i will recommend all my friends and family to you.

From the moment I 1st called to inquire about the car, I was met with kindness. Victor was amazing from start to finish His main objective was to help us get the car we wanted. The total experience with Victor was excellent. Hassle free, Victor was very helpful in answering all my questions re car I purchased. Also Vitallly Was also helpful re car Lexus I purchased. I was able to get my Registration and title in a fast timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Victor and the other guy was great in making this one of my easiest car sales ever! Naturally with used cars I was a little leery with going into the deal but all the guys that work around Victor at TSF were friendly and helpful. They do a lot of other car and financial services there but if you go with a purpose and idea of what you want to buy then they will make sure you get your car and whatever financing you may need. Victor also took care of the registration and transfer of the plates from my old car to the new one. I opted out for the aftermarket auto warranty because the ALL get really bad reviews online. Other than that I've been driving my new-to-me BMW 335xi for two weeks (1,000 miles) without any issues! Even the BMW Dealership service manager that did my State Inspection and completed a oil change/brake flush service said I got a good deal on a solid car. Now it's time for the modding to begin!
