Brought our own financing, they said they had a Crdit union that would beat it, NOPE, not true, ran our credit for nothing, bad advice
Best Service Ever!!
Made an appointment with Sierra from Finance I know what I am working with and will not waste anyone's time. I asked if they could work with it and Sierra said absolutely. We got there and Luis the sales rep was very welcoming and inviting. Sierra actually had the paperwork ready for us to fill out and Luis went and got the car I had taken screen shots. The process was smooth and honestly quick since Sierra didn't waste any of our time.
I went there for a repair for a recall. When it was done I got there and my car was not running right. The car smelled like burning rubber, the abs light was on, and my car shock when I step on the gas but I had no rpm. Lights on the dash board filtered. They kept telling me its because of my battery, so I went and got a new one and it still was not right. But they kept saying its my battery. My dad also came and look at it, he has been working on cars for 35 plus years and said he its not done right. So we are going to bring it home and work on it. Thank God my dad was there and raised me to speak up for my self.
Excellent Service Center Mike is the man.
Mike in the Service Department does an amazing job. He's always professional and keeps me informed of any changes that may be needed. I would recommend Covina Kia / Mike to any of my friends or family.
Thanks for the great review! We appreciate you taking the time to rate us 5-stars and share your experience!
I have never been treated worse...after I signed Pwk they then couldn't get me out TV he door fast enough....they hardly would even speak to me....I would never let anyone I know go there and hope anyone I don't know would go and be treated like I was..never buy another Kia because of them
Covina Vally Kia hates their customers
If you own a Kia take it somewhere else for service. The general manger of Covina Valley Kia, Wes Parker, doesn't give two flying xxxxs about his customers. Twice I have tried to complete an oil consumption test on my 2013 Kia Optima to have them blow me off for the follow up appointments to measure the results. Meanwhile my car is burning oil like crazy and now smells like fuel. I am sure that they know this will be a warranty repair that they don't want to perform it. I am having the test done by another dealership who understands that a customer's time and vehicle are important to them. I will never go back and I hope they go out of business. Oh, and go screw yourselves service department employees and specifically Wes Parker. You don't care about your customers. As a matter of fact, because of my treatment, I will be selling my car and NEVER purchasing a Kia again. I should've stuck with Toyota
New car shopping experience
My husband and I went to price and test the Kia I have never owned a Kia before. We were greeted my Mohamid really nice and patient person. I am very picky about the comfort of the vehicles. We must of tried about 5 different cars and styles. I fell in love with the 2018 Kia Soul. I told Mohamid that we still had a car loan on one of my current vehicle. He was confident that he could get me a deal I could not refuse. Me and my husband were doubtful as we have a tight budget. Needless to say. I am a proud owner of the 2018 Kia Soul. Thanks Mohamid
Less than impressed, dissappointed at best.
After an unnerving purchase experience, having to wait 4 days for my CPO 2013 Sorento to be delivered due to code clearing issues (so the dealer told me), my vehicle has now barely passed the warranty limit when it registered a p200a error which I had a mechanic assist me in diagnosing. Already understanding what the problem was, I called and explained the error to Valley Kia who scheduled me for a diagnosis. Upon confirming my own diagnosis, I was presented with a $150 diagnosis fee, which had not been agreed to, and which I refuted. Since the service personnel had never disclosed this fee to me, they admitted to the fault and erased the fee. 1100 miles later, my left front headlight appears to have burned out, but upon inspection by myself, the plastic connector is melted and unable to maintain connection to the bulb. Valley Kia again fell short by informing me that to replace the wiring harness, it?d run me about $2,100 just in parts. Otherwise, my only other option is to replace the headlight assembly entirely, only $400+, again, parts only. I was appalled, needless to say, adding that this is akin to replacing the plumbing system in your house to fix a leaky faucet, let alone replacing the whole faucet for a simple leaky washer. And despite describing the problem in great detail, they only offered that I schedule a diagnostic. I suggested that I could come by and have the problem ready for them to verify by showing them the melted connector, and I understand there may be an underlying problem, but I was told there was nothing they could do except to replace the entire unit and or wiring harness. I hope their faucets never leak. I?ll fix my vehicle myself, thank you nonetheless Valley Kia.
We worked with Chris and he did a great job in spending time to help us select the right car for our needs. We purchased an Optima Hybrid plug-in. It’s a beautiful car!
Mr. Brian L.Eyres
Our salesman Ashton was excellent! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, And really worked to get us the best deal, which he did!! One of the most impressive experiences was how little time the process took, ie..paperwork, contract signing, going over the new car features, what an effortless process!! Past purchases with other dealerships, ( not KIA) was a 3 to 5 hour ordeal. Not at Covina Valley Kia! 2 - 2& half hours is all it took!! Overall I would recommend to anyone who is purchasing a new car to go to Covina Valley Kia!!!
