Wasn't planning to buy but wanted to look at new Mazda

Wasn't planning to buy but wanted to look at new Mazda CX-5. Was met on the lot by Jordan, easy going guy, offered a test drive. He's a motorhead, like me, so our discussions were straightforward, no pressure or xx. They gave a fair trade-in on our Honda CRV and the deal was within out target price. The CX-5 actually sold itself and Jordan made the transaction easy and smooth. We also met sales manager Pavel, interesting guy with great personal stories. We were there a long time but didn't seem like it, didn't mind, we're retired. Anyway, drove off the lot in our new CX-5. Probably one of the smoothest transactions I've experienced in car buying. Pleased with the service.

Pleased with the service. Daniel went well beyond my expectations. I've gone back several times for routine service and each time I came back with a smile on my face.

Way above and way beyond!

Way above and way beyond! If you're in the market for a car don't go anywhere else! This dealership, especially Ben Vigil, will go above and beyond for you! My wife and I we're traveling through NM when our car's engine let loose outside of Grants. The Sales Manager(?) Worked during his vacation to quickly get the deal together and Ben or salesman drove from Albuquerque all the way to Grants, to get us our new car that was in addition, a great deal. Dealerships and Sales people just aren't like this anymore, except for here. We live out of state but if we ever need another vehicle, we will travel to Quality Mazda to get it! Again, thank you Ben, we are forever grateful!

Daniel and the service have been great.

Daniel and the service have been great. Daniel was on top of it the whole time my car was in the shop. He kept me advised throughout the process. Ben Bigil who sold us the car 5 years ago always checks in with us.
