Dishonest and reneg terms
I gave a deposit for an Escalade off an agreed sticker price. After five months, the car arrives but they said I can’t pay for it in cash. Only lease or finance through them. No other options or they will sell my car to someone else. I’m in the middle of this fiasco. I wish they were more upfront and honest.

Horrible Experience Purchasing a CPO Cadillac
Horrible Experience Purchasing a CPO Cadillac Escalade ESV. We spent over 62k on a car. This is what has happened first 100 miles (Check Engine Light Comes on). Then the trim on the doors (both) start coming off. Now another trim on the car is coming off. Dealer had told me that they had some dents repaired. The work done was very low quality. Now I see Clear Coat missing on the paint and just bad paint work done!!! Not happy at all since this is a CPO Car (we spent over 62K) the work should be done high quality. I am very disappointed with this dealership!!!

Unusually phenomenal people and facility!
I have been coming to Casa De Cadillac for years. People often ask me how come i don't take my car for service at a local mechanic and "save money". The reality is, I trust Casa De Cadillac. There have been times when I think I need an expensive repair and it turns out to be a super simple and cheap fix. They take care of me, respect my car and are very fair in their pricing. I usually deal with Rino in the service department. He's a class act. The facility is top notch. I enjoy looking at the new models whenever I am there and will certainly buy from them when I am ready for my next one.
My sales person is the best. She makes car buying enjoyable. Also the service department is fast, friendly, and they take care of any issues I may have.

This was a very disappointing experience. The repairs were windshield and front dash replacement, as well as cleaning glass from the interior of the car. The repair took a month, with little communication along the way - mostly directed by me. In the end, the windshield was not properly repaired and properly sealed. There is a whistling sound from as little as 10 mph. I seriously doubt I will purchase another car from this dealership because of this experience.

2014 CTS Coupe 35k miles service
Went in for an oil change and to have my air conditioner serviced and winded up changing the fluids in my breaks (not recommended until 150k miles, mine has 35k) and other unnecessary services for a whopping $1100 bill. Not a happy camper!
