I am sending this review to let you know Shareef Abdelhalim, Hyundai Sales and Leasing Consultant, is a great employee and he represents Johnson Hyundai... very well. I am a firm believer RESULTS come from PEOPLE and GREAT RESULTS come from GREAT PEOPLE. It's not the company because there are numerous car dealerships, Hyundai, Lexus, Nissan, and many more that can provide the same service but what separates companies will always be their PEOPLE. Our company believes in a simple business model and that is HIRE the BEST, TRAIN the BEST and TREAT the BEST and if you do those three simple steps, in that order then your business will be successful. I am always thrilled to see great employees that love their job because it makes ALL the Difference! When Johnson Hyundai hired Mr. Shareef, you HIRED the BEST, because he loves what he does and he truly cares about his customers. It was evident you TRAINED the BEST because he knows the product, the options, the industry and most importantly he knows his customer's needs. Furthermore, Mr. Shareef was always there to answer any questions and help out in anyway possible. There is no doubt he wants the best for his customers. I know I was only one of many customers he serves but he made me feel like I was his most important client. I truly appreciate his level of professionalism, knowledge and experience. My experience with Gustavo has exceeded all my expectations when it comes to dealing with cars. He helped me trade my wife's car and trade my own car (Sonata... to Santa Fe). He is very helpful, attentive, and not once did I feel pressure to close on a deal I was not comfortable with. Negotiations with him play out more like conversations with a friend. He is someone you can trust and does everything he can to find the best deal for you. He is a very reasonable person to work with and I would strongly recommend him to anyone. My vehicle search began with my employer's referral program. I received an email from Jennifer Ryan expeditiously. I reached out to confirm an appointment... and was greeted by Shareef Abdelhalim. He was extremely professional and answered all my inquiries regarding vehicle purchase. Next, i was greeted by James Edmund. His knowledge, experience, and trustworthy confidence alleviated a potential stressful buying experience. There was no stress due to quality service I received, however, I had bad experiences before. David Parker was amazing and made the buying experience delightful. David Parker's service was impeccable and exemplary. Staff here was excellent and I recommend and shopper to visit Hyundai of Cary.

They were my first stop when I began what I assumed would be a long and difficult search for a car. By the end of my visit, I was so comfortable with... everyone that I had no reservations about buying then and there. Tommy and the team went above and beyond to address any and all concerns and issues I had. Best experience from when you walk in the door! Johnny B. And Mike W. were amazing. They listen to your needs and make sure you are satisfied. They go... out of the way to make sure you understand everything and are happy with everything. From making sure you have coffee/ snacks... answering questions and being friendly! This is the best experience I've had EVER. I highly recommend them and this location! Not only did I get an amazing car but I actually enjoyed the experience. I will not be going anywhere else for my car needs. Whatever they are doing here they are doing it right!
