  • Great Experience

    Hard to believe that you could have a pleasant experience at a car dealership, but we did when we bought our new Sonata, which is also a great car. Ev...eryone in the entire process was respectful of our time, knowledgeable and helpful, with no high pressure tactics, and it's nice place to hang out. Only negative is that they close at 7pm on weekdays, so it's not always convenient to shop there.

  • If I Could Get Away Without Posting A Star

    If I could give a lower score I would. This was the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I first made contact with a salesman in the spring. ...He has since left the dealership. This should have been a warning to me. But, I thought highly of the fact that the dealership was still "family-owned" in the era of big corporate dealers. Wow! What a mistake! I drove in from just across the Virginia border, as I spend a great deal of time in the RTP area due to college and business ties on 9/18/17. I was not able to meet with the salesperson I had been in communication with all day. I politely waited in the customer lounge. Then I was introduced to the one of finance managers, and the deal that I had worked out just a few weeks prior was no longer "available." ( On a side note, I presented the gentleman with my business card expecting reciprocity; alas, this courtesy did not happen. ) I then asked for the "cash" price. I was handed off to another salesperson, and she would not let me even touch the vehicle. The time was about 6:40 pm, and I once again requested the cash price for the Sante Fe Limited Ultimate with the full intention of returning the next morning with a cashier's check from my bank. I was told that the price would be emailed to me later that evening. I was then left standing outside. I was speechless.

  • Very Poor Customer Service

    Jeff Demeyer Service Manager, and General Manager Kevin Hand of Johnson Hyundai of Cary provide the absolute worst customer service imaginable. I had... what I felt to be a transmission related concern with a brand new car I purchased from the dealership just two years earlier. Jeff Demeyer told me to bring it in and they'd provide me with a loaner during the time my vehicle was under repair. When I got to the dealership he said I'd have to pay $35 a day for a loaner car and if they could duplicate my concern they'd credit me. I then asked to speak to General Manager Kevin Hand who backed Jeff Demeyer and failed to honor what I was originally told. #hyundai #hyundaiofcary #johnsonhyundai #jeffdemeyer #kevinhand

  • 2013 Hyundai Tucson SUV

    I drove my SUV to the dealership for a 45,000mi check-up. Everything checked/taken care of pertaining to this service. NO PROBLEMS at anything during ...this visit. NO complaints. This is WHY I keep going back to the dealership.
