very happy

After meeting the salesmen 4 months prior(only looking) I returned and requested him when I was going to actually purchase a vehicle. His no bs/haggling approach was why I came back to him. I told him what I wanted, my budget, and my bottom line. The deal was done in reasonable time and I drove the car home that day.

Great Service

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle, they personalized the experience to my needs and listened to my questions and concerns. They worked with me to meet my price point and made it an easy process for such a large commitment. I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase and I felt they were open and honest the entire experience.

Very satisfied customer

This isn't my first Hyundai but it was definitely the best experience I had purchasing one. My salesman Steve Kkuczkowski was so helpful, courteous, and understanding in what I wanted. The entire used sales department was helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends and my co workers. Thanks again Steve for a great experience.

A very good experience

Michael Loiacono greeted us within a few second after we arrived. He was able to answer all the questions we had, and quickly arranged to help us purchase the car we wanted—a Hyundai IoniQ that we are completely satisfied with.

2017 Santa Fe Sport Purchase

We were looking for a new Santa Fe so that we could give our 2009 Santa Fe to our daughter. Kevin, Nick & Raphael worked with us in our new purchase negotiations to get our payments in the range we wanted. They were knowledgeable, professional, and overall, we had a great experience. We are very happy with our new purchase, and our daughter now has a dependable vehicle. Our deepest thanks to Kevin, Nick & Raphael for helping us make this happen. Picking up the vehicle

I worked with Dan Clikeman before and he is very easy to deal with. The head of your finance seems to be interested in only the additional items he can add to the deal. I expect he is pushing for some type of a bonus. Not enjoyable dealing with him.

Dealership Review

When I got into the process of buying a new car I visited a Hyundai dealership in the Lincolnwood area near Chicago. I couldn't even test drive the car I wanted because there was another car parked in front of it. For some reason they couldn't move the car in front and the test drive did not take place. That was the first time a car dealership couldn't provide me with a test drive. I found Boucher Hyundai by searching Hyundai vehicles online. I found this one specific Hyundai at Boucher and gave them a call. Dave Cali was the salesman who I spoke to and he confirmed the vehicle was at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot he greeted me right away. We went inside and the vehicle was right there ready for me to test drive it. Everything was setup the right way and it showed that the staff at Boucher really put effort into doing their job. After the test drive we sat down and came to a deal. I left the dealership very happy and excited about my new purchased vehicle. Overall, my experience at Boucher Hyundai was a great one.

The bar has been set, great job

Satisfied completely. Affordable, luxurious, runs amazing. Happy 100% (2017 Hyundai Sonata). Would happily recomend this company to a friend or family. Next purchase will be a Hyundai, thinking a Santa Fe next time. Def will be from this group.

Highly Recommend!

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Certified Sonata. The sale went very smoothly. I inquired about the car online. The internet sales manager, Chris Baker, contacted me and had the car ready when I came to see it. He was very helpful and not pushy. The finance manager, Jake, had me in and out of his office in a timely manner. I recently moved to Wisconsin. I found this Boucher dealer online and found them a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them!
