Horrible service, many things not mentioned that is on

Horrible service, many things not mentioned that is on MPI, after telling me my car was good nothing wrong, but thinks in red (attention acquired now). They missed things also, even marking them good. The Service Manager hasn’t even reach out when I raised concerns to GM you would think the service director or manager would reach out to fix things. The dealership pretty much made up excuses for why things happen the way they did but still more issues. Won’t be coming back here for service. I wouldn’t trust your car here and to leave feeling safe, like your car is in great condition.

They messed up putting an oil filter on and blamed us for

They messed up putting an oil filter on and blamed us for hitting something. That would have been impossible without wrecking the car.I have oil in my garage and driveway. To top it off I was down almost a quart of oil and they didn't add any.

JR was very unprofessional.

JR was very unprofessional. Yelled at us and walked out of his office because we were asking too many questions that we did not understand. He exploded in the showroom in front of many customers. I didn’t realize that customers were expected to stay silent and not ask questions about a process that they only do about every few years. We didn’t finance through the dealership so we were trying to understand the process. Sales Manager insulted us by saying we were combative since we walked in the door. We walked away from the deal.

The service technician listened to my needs for a set of

The service technician listened to my needs for a set of 4. He said he would provide it with the bill. When I got my bill it was missing & he wasn’t to be found. I asked to speak to the service manager @ no response. I couldn’t find a place for a review on the website either.
