Oil service

Love ever time I get a service. Have great WiFi popcorn and coffee. Very pleasant place to go get your car serviced. No bull just great service

Oil pumps, water pumps, oh my.

Pretty good on the communication. Love that they text. Pretty painless overall, except for the time it took to get the parts in but that's not always something that can be helped.

Oil change

I purchased an oil change package. Every time I go into to get my oil change I remember why I hate it so bad. When I first went there(still had a warranty on my car) they treated me great oil changed no problems car washed and vacuumed car which was part of the package. But every time it gets worse and worse there were time I had to wait 2hours with an appointment with little kids it was xxxx. This last time was by far the worst let me remind you I always setup an appointments I don’t just show up. But this time it took 2 hours again I ended up leaving and coming back. When I got back they told me 3 things that needed to be fix one which I had a second opinion on it and was told not to do and questioned why they would recommend that? (Also my car is out of warranty now kinda a fishy why now I have things wrong weird!) but when I picked it up wasn’t washed or vacuumed which I paid for in the package deal. Then they forgot the sticker on the mileage reminder. When I went in the guy at the service desk he said they did it to his truck last week and he works there that’s awful!!!! I know some of this things are so petty but those are the little things that matter the most. That’s what keeps people coming back. I will not purchasing another package nor going back for an oil change. Super frustrated and disappointed!

Basic maintenance

I've been getting my truck serviced there since I bought it. Usually they irritate me by being slow, I've dropped it off at 8 with an appt and it wasn't ready at 2:30 before. This time amber was my advisor and completely nailed it. I will be scheduling online from now on and requesting her. She called me with questions and texted me when it was complete. Best advisor I've worked with. Thanks Amber.

End of my warranty check up

I am nearing the end of my warranty and thought I need a service so I might as well get it in and looked over. It was a fantastic visit that Ram is a great truck and I'm confident as my warranty ends that that truck will keep on going long past the 300 thousand mile mark. thanks guys for the great work.
