I called about a major brake issue that I had with a brand new car. I was in Irvine and I live in Riverside. I spoke to service, then put on a hold for... 5 min. Transferred to someone else who didn't know what was going on and basically told me there was nothing wrong and they wouldn't even arrange for a ride back. This is the most unprofessional, un caring service department I've dealt with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Most expensive place on Earth to buy a car, Check other places for the same car. They have cars with options and try to sell those to you. Used car prices... also is ridiculously high. Repair at this location takes for ever, staff are rude and they cause other damage to your car. My experience was terrible; I kept going to this location because I live in Irvine, but I am done with them

Tuttle Click - has terrible service - doesn't deliver on their promises - has no regard for your time - uses deceptive sales practices - no accountability... for their actions Everyone hates the car buying experience but it doesn't have to be THIS bad. Why did we have such a terrible time?? In a nut shell, we drove over an hour one way to sign a contract for a car they already sold to someone else, no one really apologized and they really didn't care. READ below for the full story. My husband and I have been shopping for the Hyundai Ioniq EV for the past few months. We understand it's being released slowly in limited markets and have been patiently awaiting our turn so to speak. We live in San Diego (not a market it's being offered in currently) so we contacted a few Orange County dealerships and settled on working with Hyundai Tuttle click. Alex the Internet and fleet manager was working with us and kept us informed of upcoming inventory. I'm not picky - I just wanted any color other thank black and was willing to wait. Then, came the email we were waiting for! A grey Ioniq would be available the first week of July. The same day we received the email (6/27) we made the appointment to come sign a contract to purchase the car. We agreed to trade in my current car and would pay full cash for the remainder or finance, either way. Here comes the good part. Four days later on July 1st we show up at 1030am, thirty minutes early to our appointment. Alex sits us down in his office and shows us that the car is estimated to arrive on July 3rd and provides us a print out of what's included in the car. We mention we have our trade in and we would be paying cash for the rest. He leaves the office to get the pricing sheet only to come back 5 minutes later empty handed "the car is not available it has been set aside to give to the company's president" and from there Alex tried to stumble his way through excuse after excuse. We drove over an hour with our young infant daughter and cancelled our 4th of July out of town weekend plans to make this appointment. At some point Tuttle Click could have called to let us know. I would have been more than willing to wait for the next available vehicle from Tuttle Click. Instead they have us show up to an appointment and hope to sell us on another vehicle. Yes - we were asked - if there was any other car they could interest in - are we sure we don't want a hybrid Seeing as there are LOTS Hyundai dealerships from Irvine to Los Angeles there is no reason to ever consider buying from this dealership or any of the Tuttle dealerships. I don't believe they were giving the car to the company's president. Alex claimed to be coming back from vacation and unaware the car wasn't available until his boss told him when trying to retrieve the pricing sheet. Do I believe that story? Maybe. What's worse is THAT manager didn't come to apologize or explain the situation. (I'm sure everyone loves working for that guy). Would I ever shop at Tuttle Click Hyundai? Actually, let me restate - would I ever shop at any Tuttle Click dealership? Never. Would I ever refer a friend to Tuttle Click? Never. Besides the terrible service, questionable business practices, and blatant disregard for another persons time, Tuttle Click has terrible customer parking and doesn't do what they say they're going to. And then there's zero accountability after that. We have purchased our last 4 cars in Orange County, this would have been our 5th. We love buying cars but never at Tuttle Click. I encourage you to go anywhere else; there are so many options in such a short distance.

My entire experience at Tuttle Click Hyundai was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was so impressed with Donny Rabbini, the Fleet Manager,... and Brian Hoffman, the Sales Manager. Both were professional, willing and able to make my purchasing experience one that I will never forget. I must admit I was a little nervous about going to a dealership by myself; but I was prepared and had my internet quotes in hand. I felt nothing but respect from both Donny and Brian; both were true gentlemen. I definitely left extremely happy in addition to driving away in an amazing, new Tucson. I would highly recommend Tuttle Click Hyundai to all!

I've been car hunting for 5 months. I have told every place I've been about my severe allergy to new car smell - formalgahyde. They are the only ones who... listened and came up with a plan to remove the smell that gives me huge headaches and make me nauseous. And it worked! Love my new Santa Fe Sport!
