I felt very uncomfortable after having a routine oil

I felt very uncomfortable after having a routine oil change and then for the first time seeing the oil light on the dashboard on my way home from the dealership. After calling, and not receiving a call back for three days, I called again and left a complaint. after I was told to bring the car back, I was told that there would be a repair needed for $311.00 For an oil pressure problem that did not exist before I had my oil changed. Clearly, I will not be recommending this dealership, nor will I ever go back for any service.

Don't recall I purchased a vehicle that was on sale for

Don't recall I purchased a vehicle that was on sale for 13000 marked down from 15000 I did not know the price was that low until I got home they sold it to me for approximately 18800 very shady Don't recommend them at all.the salesman was good but the finance Was very corrupt by over charging me by 5000 dollars very unacceptable it was totally uncalled for and I have the sales add to prove the skam

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Morgan Dielman in the service department. I visited the dealership to get my tire pressures checked and refilled in my 2021 Kia Sorento (Because Kia of Medford, just across the street, well.... Uh, no), and Morgan went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. From the moment I arrived, Morgan greeted me with a friendly and professional demeanor, making me feel valued as a customer. No appointment, walk in no charge tire pressure adjustment with an off brand vehicle. Could I get worse?? Morgan picked up the ball and smashed it for a (Seahawks) touchdown. She immediately greeted me, heard what I was asking for and didn't blink an eye. She even walked me into the customer lounge and directed me to the (much needed) coffee machine Morgan's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. Not only did they promptly address my tire pressure concerns, but they also took the time to explain the importance of proper tire maintenance and provided helpful tips to ensure optimal performance. Morgan's dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable, and their willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting positive impression. I highly recommend Morgan Dielman for their outstanding service and commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience in the service department. Upon getting into my vehicle to exit, the tech (Kingston?) explained how he adjusted my tire pressures for the climate (darn cold). Superior service!!!

Zero stars if I could!!!

Don’t go here!!! This by FAR has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. They have had my car in their service shop since March 3, 2023 for an engine replacement and it’s still sitting there. The service department has 0 customer support. I have been given MULTIPLE times vehicle updates on other customers cars not my own! When you call and leave a message nobody ever calls back. The only way I have been able to get updates is by literally going down there and I should even have to call! They should be calling ME with updates. Have even spoken with the GM who said moving forward he’d make sure I get updates, nothings changed!!! Was not offered a loaner, had to ask about it. Still don’t have a loaner. The whole ordeal has been very stressful to begin with and this place has made it way worse. I don’t even have any confidence they’ll fix my car correctly. What a shameful way to operate a business.

Would do again

Started off rocky however Dave, Calvin and Mark went above and beyond to get me my JGC Summit diesel. Calvin is an asset to this dealer for the simple fact of staying in contact with me on his days off with a sick child and still trying to make sure I was getting the service I deserved. Dave made sure the JGC was washed, detailed and ready for my test drive over I arrived from brookings. Mark took over from there and got my paperwork processed as quickly as he could so that I could then sit with Megan in finance. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this happen.

brought in on a tow truck March 24th 22.

brought in on a tow truck March 24th 22.. 9 months not fixed. I have 200,000 mile warranty, plus extended warranty parts have been there for 6 months, my car keeps getting pushed back. I have to go in every 30 days to renew loaner, given same excuses and told another 2 or 3 weeks. I am totally over it the excuses and the way I have been treated. I was very patient the first 6 months , but seriously this is not right

Never again

How stupid do you have to be to lose a customer who spends tens of thousands rather than fix $100 part for them? These guys try too hard to NOT do the right thing. My business and money are going elsewhere.

i am impressed wirh the knowlegeable, quality service at Butler Hyundai. Donovan Smith has been my service advisor for over 7 years, always giving me honest, qualiry help with my vehicle. just short of 200k and still running, well, like a Hyundai!
