James was my salesman and answered all my questions and went over every button in the car. He was very patient and didn't make me feel rushed or like I... was wasting his time , however the rest of the staff was lacking! The sales managers and finance manager weren't very friendly, no one thanked you for purchasing the car, they were unprofessional and didn't really act like they cared about my business. If I could do it over I would do it else where.

Because of her approach, I will probably seriously consider any offer Hyundai of NB makes me when I begin the purchase process in about 60 days.
Nice bunch of people at this dealership. I got what I wanted at a fair price. I started to get the usual pressure to buy an extended warranty, but was... pleasantly surprised that the person who was pressuring me quit trying when I asked her to.
Great experience with this dealership! I usually research everything on a car ahead of time, so the sale was easy for them. : ) I was quoted a great price... on an Elantra in which I was interested, and I decided to buy the Elantra Limited instead because I received a great quote on it, too. I love this car and enjoy driving it! Annika returned my initial email in about five minutes, and my salesperson, Lee, was attentive and made sure I knew about every part of the car. Financing was quick and thorough. Inside the dealership itself is comfortable but not terribly attractive. However, I did hear that a new building is going to be built for the dealership within the coming year, so I'm looking forward to taking the car to get it serviced at a new building. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. I have never bought a car so easily and so quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai!

People very friendly, and knowledgable. We were introduced to every one, including the service managers so we would know them when we needed service. Went... in for a gently used car, and without pressure it was suggested we could do a new one and still stay in our price range. I have a physical condition that needed special requirements for me to drive the vehicle, and they were very considerate of this situation. The customer waiting area needs a little make over, but all were very nice, love my new Sonata!
