My overall purchase of my CRV was ok and loved my salesman Donnie. However, when I realized my SUV bluetooth would not connect to my phone, I immediately... contacted them about this and the rattle in the driver side door. It also needed an alignment, but easy fix. I brought it into the shop where they fixed the alignment and informed me I had to take it to Honda for the door rattle and bluetooth issues. Honda gladly fixed the door, they were a bit confused why Toyota could not do it. My bluetooth issue is still not resolved. Had I known this did not work, I would have bought a different SUV. Honda said there may be an update in the future but the vehicle will be out of warranty then and it will be another cost. I went to Riley because of the great reputation, and incredible service offered. Highly disappointed with this situation.

I have dealt with Riley Toyota for years now. It is the best dealership I have ever experienced. I have purchased three cars from Kevin Green, new and... used, and I won't buy from anyone else. He is a standup guy, friendly and knowledgeable, no pressure. I actually enjoy the process. But that's just the beginning. Emily, the business manager, is a wonder. I have never seen such efficiency. She seemed to be doing 10 things at once! The sales department is top-notch. The waiting lounge is great; in fact, I usually just get comfy with the free WiFi and my vehicle is ready. I can't recommend highly enough.
The customer service is great. Along with outstanding service. Always makes them #1 in my book! I will always take my vehicles to them. They are no doubt... the Best !

Been dealing with Riley Toyota for many years. Matt Tellman is my go-to sales person. Have owned Toyota's since 1999. I try to do my homework and feel... I get a pretty good deal when I purchase. The Riley Family are Jefferson City people and I feel buying from them, helps them and the employee's who live and work in Jefferson City. The guys in the service department are absolutely GREAT. Friendly, professional and always do a great job. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of Riley Toyota.
They were friendly, efficient, and I could tell they didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need, I know about that stuff through experience (I have... two Toyota hybrids, a 2009 Prius and a 2007 Highlander). I have had very bad experiences at my local Toyota dealer. The 30 minute drive to Riley Toyota is worth it.
I don't mind having to service my Toyota. It's quick and easy. I was devastated after the tornado to see the destruction. Was getting worried about when... they would open up again. But thankfully the same great service I've experienced in the past is available. Thanks to Russ and all the employees for always taking care of your customers. So glad you are back in business.
