Liars. Don't Trust Them.

I inquired about a used vehicle by phone. They told me one story to get me to drive an hour to their dealership. Then the story changed. Horrible, dishonest people. Don't trust them.

Terrible, dishonest people. Will lie to you multiple times on the phone just to get you to drive to Newnan. Horrible.

What does it take to get some help from the Hyundai...

What does it take to get some help from the Hyundai customer service team? I filed a ticket on November 10 for my inoperative BlueLink and was told the issue would be resolved in 3-5 business days. Well, I called on day 5, 7, and 9 and I HAVE STILL NOT received any help. Its infuriating that your CS and engineering teams can continue to ignore a customer who just spent this money on a car. What will it take to get someone to fix this or least give me a call? Initially I was pleased with my Santa Fe Limited edition but when I picked up the vehicle after purchasing it I was greeted with 27 miles to empty on the gas tank and no second key. I was told the key was in the mail but that was three weeks ago and still nothing on the front. I'm hoping these issues don't happen to someone else but its definitely not too late to earn my trust back. Find the key and fix the BlueLink and I will be a happy customer.

These fools are incompetent

This is the WORST Hyundai dealership in Atlanta by a long shot! I brought my car in August 19. I had a car warranty in place so Vick my “service manager” was supposed to be in communication with them for the paperwork for the repair. He never returned any of their calls or emails. 3 weeks go by only to find out that we are still in the first step bc of Vic. Ok I take off work a couple times to drive around getting all the paper work necessary and 2 more weeks go by bc Vick never followed up to know that the turbo had to be inspected. Fast forward..:the claim gets denied.(and the claim was denied bc the screws on the turbo were never correctly screwed properly in the first place) So I go up there to finance the repair. Nobody in that whole building knew how to do the financing (for repairs only so it’s a different company) so I was up there for 2 hours and didn’t even get the credit ran. I took of work for that xxxx. So I come back a week later to redo the financing. All the “service managers” are passing everything they’re supposed to be doing to a woman named Mindy (the only one up there with some sense) while they’re literally chilling and chain smoking cigarettes. The part that made me the most mad was the fact that 1. I told them I would have the spark plugs put on by someone else and they still charged me for the xxxx anyway and 2. They ordered the spark plugs late as xxxx so they’re in back order. Everything is fixed and I’m waiting ANOTHER xxxxING WEEK for some $20 spark plugs that they charged me $200 dollars to fix. They are pathetic as xxxx up there and they all need to be fired (except mindy) Incompetent is a grave understatement for these dumb xxxxx at South Towne Hyundai. Do NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. Even the salesmen seem shady over here

Very professional and curious. They called me and told me that my car had a recall and fixed it the same day. This was so unlike other vehicles I have owned. Honda was aware of problem, but told me to wait until car stopped for them to repair. Cadalac wa aware of headlight issue but I had to pay for repair and be reimbursed! Love my car

Gustavo is awesome! Very helpful and was able to fit me in to get the rod to my alternator rethreaded and secured. Im very pleased with my experience and will be coming back.
