If you decide to buy a car here, please have a mechanic outside of their circle check over it! They put cars that should not pass inspection on their... lot with fresh stickers. The people were nice, but that's not enough to justify risking your life or someone else's.
This was truly an amazing experience the car we bought was due to be inspected in December they had me drop it off inspected the car did Admissions and... oil change and Alignment topped off all fluids changed filters and put four new tires on my car because they needed them all for no charge to us!!! I've never experienced anything like this and my husband has been buying cars for over 50 years and was totally impressed we will buy from Choice again!!!
We were late getting to the Dealer ,Mr. Murphy stayed late to help us see what we wanted he was very helpful we will be going back.
My first time on purchasing an used car. Great dealer friendly , helpful and honest. When going for test drive answered my questions. Got my car that... fast!
Drove over an hour to see a car from Choice Auto Sales, car was great and all ready to go. Asked me to do the pre-approve online, which i did, asked for... pictures of my car which i was going to trade in, sent them. called to let the guy know i sent them and was told they're selling the car that i was highly interested in right this moment. How are you going to pull someone around like that? I will NEVER recommend and or go to this business again.
It was such a pleasure doing business with Choice Auto Sales! The salesmen answered any questions and concerns with swift promptness and no delays! Great... selection of Truck’s, SUV’s, and Car’s! They have an unbelievable warranty with a GREAT pricing on extended warranty! I will definitely be a returning customer! Very satisfied!!!!!!!
Lenny was extremely helpful. As a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions and Lenny was happy to answer all of them. The sale was very smooth and transparent.... He made the buying process very easy and even recommended a shipping company to have the car delivered on my schedule. Would highly recommend. Thanks for everything Lenny.
I realized all they wanted was the sale.Asked for service records on the vehicle and got the run around.I emailed twice after the sale and got no response.Very... disappointing.
My wife and I drove over to see a BMW X5 with VERY high miles but a potentially good price. (I have 4 other BMWs and a good mechanic so the miles bother... me, but this owner put enough miles on in 5 years to drive around the earth 6 times!) The dealership is small but presentable (No need to pay extra for dealer bling, right? That's good). The car, when presented, was filthy dirty and was most likely being driven by somebody at the dealership. (Dealership perk maybe, but not a car that is currently for sale.) The upholstery was damaged, all of the wood trim was cracked, the adaptive headlights didn't work ($1000 each just for parts), the cargo cover was missing and there were a few other issues with the car that made it not worth the asking price. High miles is one thing. Damage is another. The salesperson tried to tell me that they are already losing money on this car and that they can't take less than asking for it. (Right..., like dealerships lose money on all the cars they sell....) Cheapest 2012 X5 in the country, he said. Yes, and there is a reason for that. I made him an honest, cash offer and he said no way. We were gone. The car is still there a month later. Pittsburgh is a terrible used car market because there are no other major cities nearby to compete with it. Clearly, this dealer banks on that.
