    I already dumped 5k in repairs. To make story short, car had blown clutch, it was slipping- yes I do know how to drive a stickshift, never owned automatic,... front torn boots, bad misfire do to cracked coilpacks- rear spoiler wont go up, and I found more small things, which i wont even mention- They didnt even want to drop the price on the car- MAKE SURE you get the car fully warmed up- and take it for a longer run and put the car on the lift. and inspect everything very closely- DO NOT be afraid to Step on it. I never owned a car that I had to dump money right away to fix stuff- they want to make quick sale and get you out the door- I knew something was fishy- on top of that I don't even think they changed the oil on the car OH by the way - you overfilled with oil as well. oil filter looked very old im glad I changed the oil 1k after---

    I drove over 400 miles to purchase a per owned Boxster S from Fidelity. It had all the options I was looking for and a great price. Beware! Although they... knew I was coming car was not ready to test drive and was being detailed,so they sent me out and bought me breakfast. Purchased car after test drive and completed paperwork fairly quickly. Fifty miles down the road towards home check engine light comes on. Called Fideility and salesman suggestd I should take it to nearest Porsche dealership as it was still under warrantee. That's over 100 miles away and after calling first nearest dealership suggests I go back to Fidelity since they are much closer. After I return salesman, sales manager and mechanic all come to speak with me and I'm told they can find nothing wrong. Meanwhile the engine has cooled down and check engine light has gone off. Continuing back home check engine light comes back on every 70-80 miles and I need to stop for engine to cool and light goes off. Then 60 miles from home manual transmission will not shift out of 2nd. I limp it into my local Porsche dealership and drop it off to be repaired. Afterwards dealership mechanic informs me someone had filled engine oil well beyond fill capacity thus not allowing oil to expand when temp rises thus setting off check engine light. Also, transmission cable linkage had broken in two places not allowing me to shift. Luckily everything was covered under warrantee but for the oil change. When I called Fidelity to inform them of my discontent the salesman suggested I did not know how to drive a manual. I've been during manuals before he was ever born and have owned more than one Porsche. Had to get this off my chest. Don't see how I can give this dealership any stars as mine was a miserable experience.

    I love Fidelity Motor Group and especially Don! He has consistently treated me and my car like one of his family. I trust him and have referred many people... to him because he is friendly, caring, professional and talented. He remembers the "quirky" issues of my 2002 E430 and has always calmed my fears and answered my questions in a kind, non-patronizing manner (which can be a rare experience as a woman taking care of all the car maintenance). I have never felt "upsold" in any way and always feel like Don is watching out for my bottom line as a single mom. The whole facility is spotless and comfortable and everyone I have encountered there has been top notch! I give Don and FMG a 12 out of 10 stars! Tell them Nancy sent you!

    I got an outstanding deal on the car so ultimately I am a happy customer. My complaint, however, is that, when I drove 6 hours to pick up the car, no paperwork... was ready and they seemed not to know I was coming. The managers sat at the front desk eating while I waited for someone to help me. Lastly, I got my car home and found two 3 inch scratches in the door that were covered by a paint marker. Not a very honest move.

    The personell I dealt with were very pleasent and helpful. Getting the actual paperwork seemed to be rather slow. It also seemed to be a bit .......mystereious?.... I was very impressed with Courtney Chance. I sort of am not sure just what took place in relation to how the price I paid was arrived at......that may be due to my inexperience. I was overeall pleased with the dealership.

    What a great car buying experience! My wife and I have purchased a number of vehicles from different dealers over the years, and this was one of the best... experiences ever. Courtney and Al were friendly, professional and really went the extra mile to make you feel good about the whole car buying experience. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking for a luxury vehicle with a great selection. Haven't used the service department yet, but am hoping for a similar experience!

    I can't say enough about my experience with purchasing a vehicle from Fidelity Motor Group. The Salesman, Bradley was very friendly, courteous, and helped... me find the vehicle I was looking for in my price range I was looking for. The one thing that stands out for me is there was no pressure; but he was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. I would recommend to all my friend to come to this Dealership if they are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks Again! I love my new car!

    I can not say enough good things about my experience with Fidelity Motor Group. The sales team was extremely kind, courteous and professional. They made... the car buying experience extremely easy and comfortable. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and all of my questions were answered honestly and without hesitation. The used vehicle I purchased was in mint condition, and has not given me any problems at all. I would like to mention Mark, Doug, Anwar and Barry by name as they collectively made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

    well, just feel I need to add my .02 here. I'm a total fan of they type of cars they post here. while I did not buy a car there, a close friend did and... I assisted in the buy. I noticed a couple of strange things and point them out, like no accident history listed and yet broken glass shards in the vehicle. Turns out in getting an alignment done - my friend finds wrong model year parts installed. Took some work to get it squared away, and cost some $ Anyway, long story short - some great cars, keep your eyes open. My friend loves his. I'll not shop there.
