Buyer Beware!!!! Do Not Use this Place

Above and Beyond

We have been shopping for a used car for our daughter and we stopped by this location several times. Chase always met us with a smile and no pressure whatsoever. We shopped several dealerships and none were even comparable to Used Car Factory!! Chase went WAY beyond to make sure we were happy! After the sale the car had an issue....not their fault either...Chase dropped what he was doing and went to see about the car, fixed a brake issue, followed her back to the dealership then took all 4 tires off to double check all the brakes to make sure they were all ok so our daughter would not be left on the road. Thank you Chase and Rochelle for the awesome treatment we have received before during and after the sale!! You both are truly amazing people!!! I would HIGHLY recommend their dealership!!!


Biggest scam artist I’ve ever dealt with

These people are literally the biggest mistake of my husband and I’s life. My then fiancé and I had no credit so we were forced to go with these disgusting manipulative thieves. Just starting out we’ve never financed anything on our own. So we were completely blind to the process. These people financed us for OVER 13 thousand on a vehicle that was advertised on their website for 8500.00 not to mention the massive interest rate that we are stuck paying. It’s disheartening knowing that people like this are allowed to conduct a business of such absence of morals and humanity in our hospitable community.

It is becoming more and more common for customers to want the lowest down pay and lowest monthly note options. While down pay continues to shrink financing options continue to as well. We most likely paired you with a separate dealership that had the ability to finance you based on the down payment you had at the time. We do not control the figures through their company. That is up to them. I apologize you are having regrets but our sales team is never the type to push and always spells terms out to the fullest extent. In the end, you DID make the purchase and nothing was hidden from you during the process. Be careful when buying from this place

Not impressed with this dealership. Bought a vehicle with them that had problems twice after we bought it, and weve only had it for about a month or two. The first problem happened before we even got our plate in. Contacted this dealership and they said there was nothing they could do. Spent 800$ on this vehicle so far. Our "warranty" covered nothing, not even a loner vehicle for my fiance to get to work. All this place cares about is getting your money and then after that, they will not do anything to help you or make it right. Use caution when buying from this place. Id recommend having your own personal mechanic looking at the vehicle if thats possible before purchase because whoever they have looking at there's missed a few important things. After test driving this vehicle, this dealership was ready to sell us a vehicle that they knew needed work on the brakes. After mentioning the brakes, they suddenly remembered there had been work done on one side of the vehicles breaks but not the other. We should have taken that as a red flag, but were really needing to get into a vehicle that we could fit our children in, and these people seemed nice and the process of getting approved was so easy we were sold. Please dont make the same mistakes we did! Lesson learned!

We are so sorry you feel that way. We did all we could to help you after your purchase, even though we legally did not have to, as you purchased the vehicle AS IS. When you and your fiance came in and test drive, we offered for you to take the truck into your mechanic, if you so chose at your expense. You declined that. When you asked about the brakes, we happily showed you paperwork of where we did do brake work, not on one but both sides. You did not tell us about any issues until 7 months after you purchased the vehicle, in which we suggested taking it in and seeing what the warranty would cover. The warranty would cover some items, however not all as they were not "warrantied items". A document was provided at the time of sale as to what items would be and wouldn't be covered. We suggested several shops to take it into that wouldn't keep the F150 long and be able to diagnose an issue faster than most larger service centers. You declined. The warranty company would only cover a loaner vehicle at the facility you took it to, after being diagnosed and if the work was over 8 hours, in which it was not. You called us and demanded that we provided you with a loaner, which we were happy to help, except you would not provide the required paperwork needed nor would you sign the loaner agreement. When your vehicle was finally looked at, it was determined the issues you experienced were caused by neglect of doing required maintenance in that 7 month period of ownership, which no warranty will cover. We even offered to help you pay part of the $800, even after both you and your fiance called us cursing us out refusing to pay the service center.
