    I've very recent bad experience with Acura of Riverside. I purchased a brand new MDX 2016 on 18th April and as of today 5th May haven't received the paperwork to register my car with local DMV. Initial paperwork was done incorrectly so I had to send it back and after I signed corrected paperwork - I have yet to receive copies or bill of sale to register the car. At this stage, car is sitting in my garage and since it's not registered I cannot drive it on the road. I've made several attempts to reach out to sales and finance folks via phone and emails but dealership hasn't responded. It's very disappointing experience which is still on going for me and my family. Also reached out to Acura client relationship to get dealer to respond and provide paperwork. Very unfortunate.

    I've very recent bad experience with Acura of Riverside. I purchased a brand new MDX 2016 on 18th April and as of today 5th May haven't received the paperwork to register my car with local DMV.     Best car leasing experience I have ever had. I have bought over 10 cars in my time and even have a Acura dealership across the street from me. After a bad experience at Tustin Acura I gave Ron in Riverside a chance. He came through with integrity and met my price and time requirements. Hats off to all at Riverside Acura.

    We were lucky enough to get Jonathan as our sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient. We went there knowing what car we wanted, it was a matter of which packages to add. We had many questions and he answered each and every one to our satisfaction.
