TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Especially from the service advisor BRANDON STAPLES. I went to get my car serviced and first of all the estimated time to get... an oil change is 90 minutes, I waited for over 2 hours. And brandon was suppose to give me a call to tell me my car was done and ready. He never called. I went to see if it was done myself. Secondly I noticed a huge scratch with yellow paint on my car that was not there before. Brandon denied that they had responsibility of the scratch and it could not have been them. But when asked to see pictures of the car before the serviced it, surprisingly that scratch was not there. Now i have to come back to this xxxxty xxx service to get it somewhat repaired. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, dont get your car serviced with BRANDON STAPLES, he is the absolute worst. GO TO SYNDEY or ERNESTO if you go there. I had my car serviced with them before and everything was nice and smooth. Had great service with them. Want xxxxty xxx service go with BRANDON STAPLES.

I recently purchased a 2014 BMW X3 from Koons Silver Spring and had a great experience. I would highly recommend working with John Speake and Alex Perdikis... when looking for a new or used car. I have purchased a number of used cars, mostly in Virginia - which always presents an issue when trying to title the car in Maryland given the inspection requirements. When I explained my needs, the Koons team went out of the way to confirm the cars I was interested in all passed MD inspection and were ready for titling. This level of transparency and willingness to meet your specific needs is not typical of a used car dealership in the DC region. I also brought my own financing with me and received zero pressure for add ons or dealer financing. Smooth experience, great price. I will be back.
I bought a car to them with problem and I give to Service for 3 weeks and they never fix the problem,They give me back scratch,Wet inside and all they... weekend open.I lost too many days of work and time they give me the car 3 times and they never fixed and the Service Ernesto Uribe I don’t recomend is the poor Service ever never treat me like that I no where.Thanks.

I purchased my Focus last year during the Memorial Day sales. I was in the market for a Civic but the sales prices were just too good to pass up. I've... always like the looks of the Focus but had concerns about reliablity. Also, the only color the dealer had at the advertised price was black with a black interior. I did not want a black car, especially in the summer. I had a pre-approved loan which the dealer spent hours trying to beat. I was this close to walking out but I wound up purchasing a Silver SEL hatchback with navigation for $15,700 dollars. Still not a bad deal when compared to comparable Honda Civics. I was a little concerned about reported problems with Ford's dual clutch transmission. Of course the dealer assured me that the problems had been solved (of course). So far I've had no problems. The vehicle has more than enough power (at least for me), handles extremely well and I'm averaging just under 35 mpg in mixed driving. It's a little cramped inside and the storage isn't much greater than the subcompact I traded in. There are no safety features either. The car came with Sync 3 plus navigation and remote start. It sounds silly but my favorite feature is the gas cap. It's on the passenger's side. I can't tell you how much time that's saved me at the pump since most vehicle's caps are on the driver's side. I just pull right up to the empty pumps. It's great. I've driven performance cars most of my life but as I've gotten older I've become (slightly) more sensible. I don't need to get to 60 in under five any more. The Focus isn't the most frugal vehicle or the fastest but it fit my budget perfectly and so far it's been very reliable. Ford may live to regret discontinuing it.
We bought a 2010 Infiniti G37 on Tuesday. Great price. Nice car. Super clean inside and out. Our sales representative DE was kind, thoughtful, and expert... at showing us the car, leading us thru the test drive, answering our questions, and processing the paperwork. Then the financial office representative SB led us quickly and painlessly thru the title, license, and payment process. We greatly appreciate the kind and expert service we received and would not hesitate to buy another car from Koons of Silver Spring if the opportunity and/or need arose. Thanks.

I have recently had a bad experience with this dealership. There are many issues I have faced right after I purchased my brand new MKC and they have not... been resolved for more than two months. The most unacceptable issue was that the dealership put the wrong VIN on my paperwork and this is still an ongoing problem. Not only that, but there was a noise issue from the rear of my car that I noticed right after the day I purchased the car. The dealership tried to fix it a couple months ago but it still exists. As time goes by, some other issues on the driver's seat, steering wheel, and break have come up. I purchased not a used car but BRAND NEW CAR!! Lincoln is supposed to be one of the luxury car brands on the market, right? However, their poor customer service and the issues still unsolved made me feel like I was stupid to overpay for a fake luxury car. The thing that made me really desperate was that there is no good way to communicate with someone who is able to take care of solving the issues seriously and immediately. I have contacted several people including the dealer, the Customer Relations Director, and GM at the dealership but I just felt no one took my issues seriously. Funny thing is that the dealership had contacted me so many times before I signed the contract on my car; now they have never contacted me first to update the status to solve the issues and also I have to contact them at least two to three times to get their responses. The dealership kept saying that customer service is the number one goal but for me, the dealership looks like they don't care once they sell a car. Now, who should I talk to about my problems to solve? I hope no future customers will have similar experiences with the dealership.

I brought my truck in to replace the dead instrument cluster. They fixed it... But it took 3 days for them to even look at it when I had an appointment... the first day. When i got it back the glove box was broken, and two box cutter blades were left in two different parts of the cab. I had a 5yo and dogs in it the next day. Take it back for a second chance to fix the brakes and glove box that they broke. I call, get a quote, make an appointment. They say it'll be done in under 2 hours. I drop it off, and 2 hours later they call to tell me it'll cost more than double what I was quoted, and it would take another 2 hours. I'm not interested in being taken advantage of. Also, they didn't fix the glove box. The original price quoted was already high, but the second was astronomical. DO NOT COME HERE.
Super pushy dealer and will try everything in the "car dealer tricks" playbook to make a sale. My experience is similar to other negative reviews here.... Aggressive sales manager who will say anything to make the sale. In my case, by the time they matched a lower price, they had no idea what car we were talking about (color, new v pre-owned, etc) - they just wanted me to say yes and come in. Went elsewhere and had a very positive experience.
