    Friendly service staff & very accommodating. We stopped in while traveling through Terre Haute and they were able too get our car in and out in less than an hour! All of the young men at the service desks were very friendly and outgoing and made sure our every need was attended to. They even made us coffee! I wish the Ford dealer in our hometown was this way. So, a big thanks to the great service staff at Mace Ford; you made a lasting impression on us!

    Today my husband and I purchased a vehicle that was evidently "sold!" upon receiving a text message. After writing a review, my husband and I went back to the dealership. Scott apologized for my experience. He and the finance individual were amazing, "World Class" individuals. However, Jarod walked right up to me and my husband and had NO apology for his behavior. He said, " I saw your review and I was not in a hurry to go home?" We both thanked him for his time, other than him, we were very happy with our experience at Mace Ford!

    I went to there dealership yesterday and Jarod spoke with me and my husband. We had cash in hand. He told us that he cant do anything for us as the finance manager or my rep. Scott was not there!!!! Who doesn't want to sell a vehicle or get a deposit. My husband and I got a call today with the price of the vehicle a negotiated price. We literally were planning to go there and purchase this vehicle. I work at a dealership that provides World Class service inside and out. Ive never been so upset ever!!! My father retired from Ford! That's why I am buying Ford. Jarod was in a hurry to get home, we were there for a sale! I will never do business with them!

    If you want to pay full MSRP, then by all means buy from them. Don't believe what they tell you, MSRP is not dealer invoice. If you call them out and prove them wrong, you'll get the cold shoulder and be told they can't help you. I tried to keep my business local, but Im traveling and saving 3k.

    We went to Mace very frustrated with the other mechanics that had looked at my car. We had been to several other local mechanics that could not find the issue with my Ford Taurus. Mace found the problem and fixed the issue for $400 less than the other estimates we had received and the other mechanics were not even sure their repairs would fix the issue. They were professional, polite, on time and on budget with the repair. I would highly recommend Mace Ford's service department.

    Fri. May 6th 2016 10am stopped in because the Def warning light came on ( it is a diesel) was treated very rude they wouldn't look at it, told maybe in a week. Code said do not drive we continued to Indiana State because we had to pick up our daughter then returned to Mace because without something being done we could not return home, 100 miles away.Arrived back at Mace about 2pm. Service person this time was polite and will get it in right away to look at it. About 5:30 were told they couldn't find a solution, leave it there and they will work on it Monday 5/9. Had to get transportation to get home. The whole week 5/9 to 5/13 when we called to check on it were told each time they would check and get back to us, didn't happen we had to call them back never told anything except they are looking in to it or haven't had time to check it out yet. Called them again this morning 5/16, was told they haven't had much time to work on it and could not tell us anything! They had it over a week and still can't tell us anything? We are at a loss of what to do, leave it there and pray or just pay the toll to send a wrecker after it? Mace is the worst so called service provider that I have experienced in my life and I'm 68.

    What a blessing Landis is! He was able to get me in for an oil change very quickly. While my car was being serviced, They noticed my rear brakes were having problems. Landis was quick to fit me in for a repair. I always feel like we are well taken care of! We will certainly continue to take our vehicles here!
