    I just got discharged from chapter 7 and i needed something newer with 4x4. Tony in sales was very helpful and friendly and was not pushy at all. Jim in finance worked for over an hour to get me the best deal he could and he got me a better deal than i ever thought i would get. I love my 2012 ram truck. I know its a Hyundai dealer but they really took care of me. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

    My sales person, Brad Bradford, aka Brad Pitt was exceptional. He made my buying experience a lot of fun and was able to find the vehicle in the color/model that i wanted in no time. When I went to pick it up, he had a giant bow on it for me as a little surprise and I love my new Tucson and get nothing but complements on it. This is the third Hyundai I bought from Webb and will be a life-long loyal customer.

    Used a rebate they knew did not apply to me and now they want more money, offered a blank contract for me to sign. Will not uphold contract. Terrible customer service. Bought on Aug 6. On August 20 they say there is a problem with my contract because they used a recent grad rebate, despite telling the man I graduated in 2009. Obviously it did not go through and now they want more money. My paper plate expires in 4 days and despite admitting it was their fault they aren't doing anything to correct their mistake. They don't understand what contracts are. They just say I should pay more money because they are inept. After the 3rd visit back I was offered a BLANK contract. When I asked him about it he said lots of people would sign a blank contract.

    I have been searching for more than a year for the RIGHT car at the RIGHT price. Having no need for a new car, but rather a desire, it has been easy for me to walk away from other dealerships for bad service. In fact, I had a great deal on a car at another dealership but ending up leaving when their salesperson treated me poorly. Dealing with Webb Hyundai was easy - I actually submitted information online and Rachel worked her tail off emailing me back and forth. Her and Gabe had all the legwork done before I even came in. When I came in, Tony Myrthil took care of EVERYTHING. We took a test drive and he let me really get the car into a road so I knew how comfortable it was. (Some dealerships have you do a little up and back) We then went over all the details and features of the car - Tony took the time to make sure I saw each and every feature and knew what to expect out of the vehicle. As we worked through the process, everyone was beyond friendly and had REAL discussions with me. I never ONCE felt like someone was being disingenuous or anything. I have been buying cars for a long time and this has been the absolute best experience of all time. I only wish I had seen one of the "Webb Boys" so I could have personally thanked them for their wonderful staff! If one of them dropped me an email, I'd tell them thank you.personally!

    I recently traded in my 2012 Tucson for a 2016 Tucson Sport. My salesman went above and beyond helping me get my perfect vehicle. I chose the new wine color and love it. All of my previous visits for oil changes, etc. for my prior Tucson were very stress free. Service department personnel were always curtious and helpful. The follow up after this purchase and the last, has been fantastic. My daughter has the Veracruz and loves it. It is perfect for their 3 children and dog. They referred me to them back in 2012 when I purchased my first vehicle here, now am very glad I came back to them for my 2016. I would definitely recommend Webb Hyundai to anyone who wants a stress free experience in purchasing a vehicle.
