Very disappointed with the experience here; customer service was much worse than we expected. Dealership seems to have forgotten their rule of "first come,... first serve" because we arrived earlier yet the deal was first offered to another customer who arrived later and we were forced to wait. Sales associate and manager ignored our complaints, so we left right after. Turns out the other customer never purchased the car and the price was increased right after we left. Despicable. We drove 50 miles to get there only to be treated with disrespect. 5 hours completely wasted.
Not sure when prices changed but it is ridiculous that an oil change is now $100. It includes a wash and tire pressure update. Straight out price gouging... if you ask me. There is no value to this price!
We just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 MDX and we couldn't be happier. The car has low mileage and feels like a brand new car. After a long day of... dealing with some shady dealerships, including one who didn't tell us a car we wanted was sold the night before we drove an hour to possibly buy it, Center was an Oasis of Calm and customer service. Richard was a fantastic low/no pressure sales guy who gave us lots of time to test drive 2 different cars, and after the deal was done, he spent time showing my wife many details about how to operate this wonderful technical marvel. We brought our 2 small kids with us, and the dealership was very helpful and understanding. Center is an upright and reputable dealership with some of the best quality Acura vehicles in Southern California. It is spotless, clean and comfortable. They will be our first stop next time we need an Acura.
Bought a used car here a couple months ago. Everyone in the dealership seems so nice and friendly at first, but beware! Test drove, inspected it and after... finding some minor discrepancies, they agreed to lower the price down by roughly $500. So i head to this room signed the contract and a couple days later i find more discrepancies that they hid / failed to disclose to me. 1. Carpet torn 2. Burnt fuses 3. And the damned car has a parental lock. (Cant go past a certain speed and some features are locked) So i take the car to another dealership to get some recalls done and to get an estimate on how much it will cost to fix ($200). And since it was only $200, i paid out of pocket. Because i don’t think it’s worth the hassle to take it back to Center Acura and demand them to fix it. Anyways, a few more weeks go by and i pay my first bill. And as i look through my loan, i quickly notice that the loan was a little off. So i grab the contract and reviewed it. I then realized that the damned dealership added $1500 to the agreed price! And you guys are probably thinking “xxxxxxx” “how’d you not notice when you signed it?” “Did you even read the contract”. And yes, i read it. We agreed on $10,000 for the car. So roughly around 11,500 after taxes and fees. When they printed off the contract, these xxxx suckers changed the sell price to 11,500 so after i paid the $1,500 down payment, i wouldn’t notice! I tried to go back to the dealership to see if they can fix it but since i already signed the contract, they can’t do anything. Please save yourself some time and money and THOROUGHLY READ THE CONTRACT!! Or just go to another dealership.
I went to the dealership to buy a used 2009 Toyota Corolla that I found through the prequalification program offered by Capital One Auto Financing. From... the test drive through to final signing the process was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Alfredo Sierra and Berj Wahram, both representatives were very knowledgeable and highly eager to ensure that we had a good experience.
Friendly and honest staff. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. There was no sales pressure or obligations.
We purchased a used car from them about 3months ago and boy did we get bamboozled. When we went there we traveled about 1hr 45mins or so to look at a car... that my husband has had his eye on. We were in the dealership for about 5 hours or more, trying to make a sale. They wouldn't budge much on the price and didn't tell us much about the car. From that point I was over and done with trying to negotiate but b/c of the time we invested there and the fact we drove so far, my husband didn't want to leave so we continued to try and make a deal. The car had several scratches on it which we were told they would buff them out before we left. We also were told that all the maintenance was up to date, the tires were rotated, oil was changed,etc and that it was in top condition. By the time we left the dealership, it was dark and we couldn't see if they had buffed out the scratches or not but we took their word for it. The next morning we noticed that they didn't buff the car out at all-all scratches remained but we gave them the benefit of doubt that they forgot and left it alone since it was too long of a drive to go there and have them fix it. Then 3months later-which is now. We go to our local Mazda dealership (it's a used Mazda) to get our oil changed on our newly purchased car (3mo's old-supposedly all maintenance up to date) and find out that the transmission fluid, cabin air filter, power steering, rear diff & induction all need to be replaced and were in the red, the tires also didn't look like they were rotated correctly. They showed us our transmission fluid & power steering fluids and they were black!!! This cost us $600 to fix not to mention the front tires were at a 4 tread, which my husband noticed they were low but the guy made it sound like they would last for a long time and that they weren't that bad. Again, we were tired, I was (am) pregnant, we both wanted to get out of there so we took their word and just figured it wasn't too bad, not to mention is was also dark and didn't look as bad at night. Well, come to find out these tires are super expensive & 2 of them need to be replaced. So all in all, we are going to have to spend an extra $1000+ to replace the two tires & get all the maintenance up to date, which we thought was already done. We are both very disappointing with this dealership and will never go back and will tell friends to stay away. They come off very nice and my husband and I are pretty trusting of people until they prove otherwise. Be warned and ask your questions, get your facts, check all the oils, maintenance and verify everything they say was done is done or be taken for a fool like we did. I am very unhappy with our overall purchase and feel that we didn't get the best bang for our buck. They ended up being dishonest and I question this dealerships integrity.
Looking for a more recent Acura MDX, inquired about Nav system in interested models, but had none. Sales person was prompt and kind to return call.

Overall, I had a great used car buying experience at Center Acura. The sale price ended up being $4,000 below the sticker price. The guy in the finance... dept. saved me $600 on an extended warranty because he asked if I was an Auto Club member; he also offered finance options I was unaware of. My only complaint is that the salesman agreed to find a replacement part for a broken accessory and said he would call me back that day (after I drove off with the car), but I never heard back from!

I will drive the distance to do my service at Center Acura.. I moved to Glendale, but I still drive down to Center Acura for my service. The staff is always... so friendly and they are always honest with me when I ask them any service or sales questions. I trust them 100%.
