    Had a VW Passat that was coming off lease (3rd Passat since 2000), obtained from another dealer located at an inconvenient distance. Went to Lash, selected a Tiguan that was in the delivery pipeline and made a deal that was fair (not fair as in "almost poor" but fair as in equitable). They took us out of our existing lease before the end of term and Tom, the GM, provided excellent guidance on the scheduling of that. Even more, after receiving a surprise invoice a couple of weeks later for "excessive wear and tear" on our turn-in vehicle, I went back to Tom and reviewed the matter with him. He was able to make that invoice disappear. Really intended to write this two months ago. Definitely will go back to Lash as long as we stay with VWs.

    I called Lash on a Tues. about a 2012 vw golf they had advertised on there site to schedule a test drive. I was told by their salesman the key was lost and he would call the next day to insure it came in to test drive the car. No call. I called the next day and the salesman was off. Doesn't he know he was going to be off the day before? I spoke with the secretary who said she would tell the salesman to call us the next day when he came back to work no call. I called again and was told we would get a call back about the key and maybe could come in on the weekend. No call. I called again on Monday and was told the car was sold on Sat. What a run around. I spoke with the used car manager who said he would have the manager call me Tom Backer so far no phone call. I was so upset with this waste of time, poor communication and lack of consideration. I am in the market to buy two cars and wanted to come in and test drive them both at the same time. Stay away!!!! Unless you want to waste your time, lack of follow through which shows they do not care about potential customers. Unbelievable! .

    Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.

    I just don't know where to begin. The sales rep Mark is magnificent.  He took care of my mother and then some. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my mother's experience was something she would talk about for years to come.  Tom, (manager), also made his  presence known. He did what a boss should do and more. We will definitely recommend Lash Volkswagon  to everyone we know. I am in the market for a new car and had my mind made up on a different model. However, after the way they treated my mother and witnessing her experience I have been converted to Volkswagon......but not just any dealership.  LASH and LASH alone will get my business. Every person there from the service center to the sales floor greeted us with a smile and just took the time to make sure we were good. Thanks for showing my mom love and I look forward to writing another review about my own car buying experience in a month or so. FYI the star selection on this site needs improvement. It doesn't let you select 5 stars on the other categories, only went to 3. The buying process and facility were 5 STARS as well.

    Had searched for and found a used VW Sportwagen TDI advertised on Cars.com. I completed the request for additional information on Cars.com. Cars.com contacted the dealership that had advertised the vehicle. The dealership responded to me in a very timely fashion saying the car had already been sold. Experience with Cars.com and the dealership was good even though the vehicle had already been sold. So search continues. Cars.com is a good site and I will continue to use it to search for my next vehicle.

    Our experience at Lash was a wonderful one. Jan Michael Tapia was a great salesman and worked out a fabulous deal for us. We are extremely satisfied with our new Passat because of him. The managers there were so professional and eager to please. We were told that this buying experience should be as painless as possible and it was! The atmosphere there is so welcoming and positive. I've recommended Lash (and Jan) to many people and will continue to do so.

    If you're looking to get your hands on a VW and want great customer service along with the best prices in Westchester/Bronx area than LASH should be you choice! I recently purchased a 2015 VW Passat TSI and very satisfied with the ride. I'd like to thank Sales Consultant Jan Tapia and Sales Manager Mike Spatola for the exceptional customer service and making sure I got the best I can get for my money. They made the buying process very simple and stress free. The staff at LASH are very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the car! Cheers

    i bought a golf gti from this place. when it had problems, i had to take it to their service centre. mike spatano refused to update me and deflected all my questions by claiming he is sales and not service. i don't care. you're the same company. own the problem. he then got argumentative and claimed my car was not worth what they sold it to me for. do not bother.

    I just leased a 2015 2door GTI. My salesperson was Jan Talapia, who was extremely helpful, took time to explain all relevant aspects of the car and the leasing process. He rapidly found a 2 door model for me at another dealer (they are few and hard to get). The leasing process itself went very smoothly. The manager offered to and did buy my previously leased car so I did not have to go through the inspection process, possible charges, etc. All in all it would be hard to have a better new car leasing experience.
