Wish the service department and the people that make the appointments would be consistent. People that make the appointment said it would take an hour... to do my oil change and fix the recall people at the desk said it would 2 hours it actually took 3 hours, long time to sit at the dealership with a toddler

I bought my car here and they emailed year later asking if I needed a tune up. So I did. I got my spark plugs done there. I was bad. My car started misfiring... and check engine light was flashing. I went back there to ask if they can fix it and all they said was it was good. So I drive for another month and it was getting bad.. so I found a personal mechanic and he said it was the spark plugs.. they weren't hooked up correctly.. he fixed it and now my car runs grood..
John Lipp was great. He listened to what we wanted and provided it without hesitation. He was not "hard sale" and made the whole experience painless.
