I really like the service department! The people are great, they look out for my needs, and they keep a really professional and friendly workplace atmosphere. Rhette was terrific at explaining the processes and considerations and Bobbi Jo was so welcoming and helpful! Thank you!

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when it came
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when it came to buying a car. Josh showed me a car that I had picked out, and gave me every single detail I asked for about the vehicle without question. He was very honest and not pushy at all, which really made me feel good about the process. He even drove to my house and helped me figure out some of the new features of the car! I would highly recommend buying here, they will take care of you without hesitation.

my wife, Lynn, recently purchased a 2026 Sportage hybrid
my wife, Lynn, recently purchased a 2026 Sportage hybrid turbo AWD. Her salesman was Benjamin. at first, I watched the transaction from afar, she was treated with dignity and respect, I became involved when it was time for the "paperwork". During the process of completing the paperwork, we came into contact with several other employees and we both, my wife and I, were treated like Royalty. I commend you for your choice of employees and the Superb Customer Service they displayed. As we drove away in my wife's new KIA, I asked her how she felt, she chuckled and said, "this may sound crazy but, they made me feel Important, like my satisfaction mattered", I agreed with her 100%. THANK YOU! for an EXTREMELY PLEASANT experience. And Merry Christmas to ALL Billion KIA of Rapid city employees, you ALL did Good!!

The service department has been a nightmare to work with!
The service department has been a nightmare to work with! I had a simple problem that needed fixed but they needed to order the part which was supposed to be in the next week. 8 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything. I left many messages and no one would call me back. My salesman left a message with the service manager personally and after a week of not being called back I found someone to help me. The parts manager found that my part had been there the whole time. I will not purchase from Billion again because of the experience I’ve had with the service department. This is just scratching the surface of what I’ve dealt with.
