Drove in at lunch time for an express oil change.. expected since it was lunch time to be longer than the 15 minutes... nope.. out in 15 minutes.. love... these guys...
I called and scheduled an oil change and notified them of a clicking issue with the steering. I arrived the day of the appointment and they did not have... a note of clicking issue. I asked that the wheels be rotated and the tire pressures be checked, because we had received a warning. The part to repair the vehicle was not available at the time of the oil change. They did not rotate do the tire rotation, nor were the tires pressures checked. I followed up with my contact and she claimed that she saw them doing it. She told me it would take 10 miles for the TPS to be calibrated. I gave her the benefit of doubt and waited to drive at least 10 miles. As I knew, the tire pressure issue was not addressed. I received an email and text about doing a survey that I intended to ignore because of the poor service, but the emails kept coming. I latest email recommended that I call if I wasn’t completely satisfied with the last service visit, so I did and was placed on hold for a few minutes, and ultimately sent to an unknown voicemail.

I have to applaud Nancy in the Service Department for taking away so much stress off my shoulders. She was extremely transparent with her communication... with what was the issue with my car. Nancy handled everything with my extended warranty. This experience was actually one of the best I've had at a dealership period. I like the fact she didn't BS around and take advantage, rather she was honest and forthcoming with what I can expect. Great experience :)
Our service rep, Nancy was amazing. She took care if like family. I really appreciate that wa able to get my 2006 Dodge Durango repaired in 24 hours. Last... time I had to do repairs it took 6 days! Nancy stayed in top of the process and got out family car back to is as fast as possible.
I have had an ongoing issue with my dashboard radio and it has yet to be resolved. My radio. Has been replaced 4 times and the dealership has now ignored... me and my problem instead of helping me solve it. They have been dismissive and cold to the fact that my car is only a year old and I shouldn’t be having this issue. No solution has been offered.
