I am on my third Highlander from Stokes. Everyone there has been so polite and helpful, without any pressure. No doybt, the best dealership to buy a car.

I don’t have recent experience with any other dealerships as it has been 16 years since I last purchased a vehicle. I didn’t notice much of a change.

Great service and thoughtful interactions with sales people (Erik Huf and Hank) and finance (Glenn). We bought two trucks in the past month and the process for each was smooth. And I even got a free lunch--ha. Seriously, you guys are great.

From the time you walk in until you drive out of this dealership , every aspect of the process is top shelf. The point person, John Ventre, has always been very knowledgeable about whichever vehicle I purchase. All appear to love working for the leadership. And with Toyota as the product, I and mine are customers for life.

He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise were evident, and his customer service was truly exceptional. I’m very impressed and will definitely continue returning because of the outstanding service.

Drove 2 hours this morning after speaking with a salesman for the past couple days to see a “clean truck”. We arrived, truck was missing paint on every panel of the vehicle, cracked windshield, racked hood, smoke smell in vehicle, and cigarette burn mark in leather seating. Salesman gets a 10 out of 10 for being very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Dealership gets a 0 for deceiving potential buyers. Would not work around price even with issues stated above.
