Super kind, down to Earth people who give you plenty of time to make choices. No sales pressure. Listened to me and let me make choices. Decent follow up correspondence without being pushy. Clean, utilitarian showroom and very broad selection of vehicles for a smaller dealership. They were very fair with my trade. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them and will review their repair service when it becomes necessary to service my new car.

Great place to buy or lease a vehicle. No presure and very nice place and quick to have numbers for you. It is nice to know they still have loaners for sale customers. The buying process was excellant at Bailey Bros, we have talked about buying a used car and looked for over a year, visited Baily bros several times and Jim our sales man came out and answered questions and never pushed us, Always said to give him a call when we made up our minds to buy something. Relatives had a Fusion that is a great car so we tried out a 2011 and decided to buy it then changed our mind again after vapproval when we saw the Fiesta tryed that one and loved it, got the service plan with it and am enjoying it. We have purchased a number of vehicles over the years from Bailey Brothers. They are great about trying to find the vehicle you are looking for. The service is a piece that we really appreciate. They work hard to accommodate the customer. They provide loaners and help to assure we can get ins in and done when needed. We really appreciate this with our busy schedules.

Buying from Bailey Brothers Ford is very comfortable and no pressure. I did buy a 2014 Escape on 11-1-13 and that was the same way. Now the service department gives you the same treatment. The crew in the service department know the product. Jim is very nice to work with through out the sale. I would say that this dealership is the place to buy.

Very friendly service, prompt and to the point with no haggling. Gave us a good deal on our trade-in, and a good price for the car. I don't particularly agree with the rule of having to have the salesman go on the test-drive with us, it made it uncomfortable to discuss the purchase.
