    The evening of Aug. 2, 2014, we expected all salesmen to be gone so we can look at some used vehicles without feeling pressured or hounded. Caught by surprise, we heard this voice say, "You can take that car you're interested in for a spin." He politely introduced himself as Carlos. We took two vehicles on a ride and when we got back, Carlos answered any and every question with accuracy and precision as if he built those cars himself. Carlos is the most professional, hardworking and respectful individual we met at Billingsley Ford Lawton by far. We felt like he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his very best because we left without any questions or concerns. We are so pleased to have him as our salesman that we are considering doing business with him and only him again!

    I am a regular customer here since moving to lawton 4 years ago. I bought my 2010 Ford Flex on the West coast and drove it over 2,000 miles here without mechanical issues. My Flex has been and is still an awesome car thanks to the services provided here Billingsley. We purchased a nice min cooper from there dealership recently which has been an excellent car for my daughter. I am a woman and I have always been treated kindly with respect and with complete information with what's going on with my car. Staff and service are outstanding! Billingsley has gone out of their way to provide a very classy, comfortable waiting area with coffe and a charging station to access your personal devices (even popcorn to snack on while you wait). Today I am back again to get my headlight serviced. I was the give an estimate over the phone that it would be about an $80 repair, turns out to be a $900 + replacement due to the fact of having Xenon hid headlights... of course I did question this and did my research only to find out that Ford was absolutely correct which is why I'm back here getting it done correctly with no worries. Yes it is true that they told me my car would be ready but then called me back later to tell me they ordered the wrong headlight and it would take another day. I'm okay with it because nothing in this life is perfect. I guess my bottom line here is that sometimes what seems to be an easy fix can turned out to be a little more expensive once they get into the details of it all but at least with Billingsley you know the job will be done right! My personal Thanks to Joel and Jeff. Happy Veterans day to all Billingsley Veterans, you're still serving this country!

    I was in the market for a transit van for my small business. I was really interested in the ford transit so I went down to Billingsley Ford to see Carlos Aguayo he did an amazing job giving us all the information on the transit van. He even delivered the van to Frederick, Ok where our business is at. My overall experience here at ford was very welcoming and all the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable.

    was looking to buy a suv our salesman clayton darnell was great! We didn't find what we wanted at first but a few days later clayton contacted me and foud us just what we were looking for and we bought it.     In the last 5 years Chad Zuspann has been the salesman who has helped me when i have bought new vehicles from billingsley ford. 2 F 150 pickup trucks, 1 for my son and the last one in july for my grandson. 2 new mks lincolns for my self, a 2011 and a 2013. I also purchased a 2016 lincoln mkx this july. i would not have purchased these vehicles without the expert help, knowledge and assistance of Chad. Chad Zuspann is a true professional who knows his product and endeavors to provide the best for his customers. If it was not for Chad i doubt i would have purchased these vehicles from Billingsley. I have such confidence in Chad that when a client this sept. needed a good used pickup i immediately called Chad who as usual put my client in the right vehicle at the right price. I would recommend Chad Zuspann to anyone interested in a vehicle new or used at Billingsley Ford Lincoln.

    i like to say Thank you to Chad Zuspann for the great service I received while looking for a new car. I came in late afternoon to check out a new SUV. He knew exactly what I was looking for. He told me that he has my red SUV that i always wanted . I test drove it and when I came back he already had the paperwork started. He knew I would get it. Chad is always very friendly person. Also a big Thank you to Rick High for putting the paperwork through and for an excellent deal on my new SUV. I always get a great deal when I buy my new cars. I been with Billingsley Ford since 1992. I also send my family and friends to Chad and Rick because i know they will receive the best care and deals on cars or trucks.They always make me feel like a family member. Billingsley Ford can be proud to have such great people working for them. I will keep on buying cars from them .

    Buying a Used but top condition vehicle was a breath of fresh air from anything in my 35 yr car buying history. From pre-cert. salesman, sales manager, and pre-cert. service manager to finance and parts manager (repair work), Billingsley stood by their commitment to me the customer. What stood out is their genuine commitment to integrity (plus a quality product--a 2011 F150). The only negative was a parts order taking a few extra days which influenced our schedule, but this order was outside the dealerships\parts dept. control. For those outside the immediate Lawton area, its worth the drive. I'd recommend 'em to anyone.

    Took car in to have blower motor looked at and asked them to look over the entire car as we were going to take the car on a trip. Charged $100 diagnosis fee for the blower and almost $500 to fix??? Asked about anything else the found and was told it would be $100 diagnosis fee for each item they looked at. I will not give them any more business, a garbage dealership for sure.

    I had plans to go to the dealership, but somehow another sales person contacted me around 8:00 p.m. and I was not able to make contact until the next day. The next day was Saturday and I made contact to determine if it was still convenient to come to the dealership, because the initial contact person said that he wanted to ensure the vehicle was clean and available. Around 3:00 p.m. I received a text message inquiring about my visit. I explained that I was still in Sabbath service and would not be able to make it. The sales person began to send me text messages stating that I was not serious about purchasing the truck - I am not sure how the test drive escalated to purchasing the truck. I explained that I could come the following weekend but I was encouraged by the sales person to come during the week I explained that I worked and lived 90 minutes away. By the time I would reach the dealership it would be close to closing. I then began to receive text messages that stated I was not serious and that I needed to come during the week. I had just explained that I worked during the week so I am not sure if the person I was texting was even reading my text messages. I decided that I was no longer willing to work with Billingsly. I explained that I was no longer interested in the truck and opted out of text messages and email. The text messages and emails are still coming to my phone.
